$15 a month to use your bank.... after ive had account for nearly 20 year. Not good customer service or transparency from bank about new fees

This Wells Fargo location gives me an attitude every time I have to bring in over 5 deposits from my business. Whenever I go through the window, there isn’t anyone else in line in the morning, so I assume it isn’t a problem to count my deposits (it’s their job). Certain employees are rather snotty and rude.

Drive-thur ATM was out of cash on 10/17/24 5:10PM. Hopefully just a one time thing. Seems like an important part of a bank is to be able to get cash though. (Update: The next afternoon 10/18/24 the ATM had cash in it)
