Bank looked at me walking up to the door at 4:59 pm locked it and then waved at me in a motion to dismissively say "leave". People in this location are unable to help with mortgage and loans and tell you to call the corporate number after scheduling an in person appointment on a Saturday. Employees seem to have no ability to help customers even if they want to, but some really don't want to. I'm moving to Bell Bank after 25+ years with Wells. Already took my mortgage there and couldn't be happier. Thanks for making my decision easy Wells Fargo.

I have been trying to reach a banker by phone for the past 7 days, I receive a message that bankers at this location cannot take a call a this time. I am not able to leave a message. E-mail inquiries have gone unanswered.
My response on 12/26/2024 with a promise of contacting me in 7 days.

This Wells Fargo location gives me an attitude every time I have to bring in over 5 deposits from my business. Whenever I go through the window, there isn’t anyone else in line in the morning, so I assume it isn’t a problem to count my deposits (it’s their job). Certain employees are rather snotty and rude.

Drive-thur ATM was out of cash on 10/17/24 5:10PM. Hopefully just a one time thing. Seems like an important part of a bank is to be able to get cash though. (Update: The next afternoon 10/18/24 the ATM had cash in it)

Thirty years with these clowns and for what? For them to not to give me a small portion of cash from a large deposited check from State Farm. For a twenty-something year old woman to loudly & rudely talk about my finances in order to try and shame me into being compliant in their store? :/
This company is so awful, so disgusting & so corrupt. Do not recommend. Ever.

What it is, is ridiculous, insulting and stupid. And no, I'm not going to contact you, because again THIRTY YEARS, I know this drill.
Nothing will happen except you will waste more of my time.

Strange how every time I call and "no bankers are available", the place is completely empty when I go in person, and they're all just talking to each other! otherwise a standard wells fargo experience.

The overdrafts are ridiculous and the security measures make it impossible to get into your account if you lose your card impossible to make any investments unless it's over 1000 plus it costs you 10$ a month there is no sign in bonus even if you get direct deposit the I have good credit but cannot qualify for any loan their security measures are ridiculous their customer service sucks especially if your poor or homeless or don't look like your rich they make it impossible to transfer money through zelle I would recommend sofi, PayPal, stash, varo any other bank ? the only advantage to having the bank ? is the local branches and even then your id isn't good enough they want 2 forms of ID they positively suck as soon as i can im getting another bank they take advantage of the poor and offer nothing for them

I echo many of the reviews about this Wells Fargo branch.I stopped at this branch on Saturday morning to make a wire transfer. I waited in the nice waiting room for about 20 minutes. A banker was busy with another customer, then she came out and asked me if I needed a banker help, when I indicated that I needed to make a wire transfer. the banker told me, that she won't be able to help me do that today, as she has other appointments, and even if she could do the paper work today, I still have to come back on Monday to finish the wire transfer. she offered to call other branch to see if they could do it. I told her that my work commitment won't allow me to come on Monday, and she walked away after she said " sorry"I drove to the other part of town. they have banker available, who was kind and helpful enough to complete the wire transfer paper work needed and did that within less than 10 minutes.I have been a customer for over 10 years now with this bank, and we do quite bit of work with them.I see something very wrong in their business model. you have nice waiting rooms, but many unhappy customers .I started to wonder if the goal of this bank is to pay its staff and executives and give clients bad service ,and expect clients to keep giving them more money and come back for more business with this branch..poor service and I won't recommend this branch

If you cash a check from a Wells Fargo account at a Wells Fargo bank, they charge a $7.50 “fee”. This is obviously because they know they can get away with gouging you. Everyone hates banks, especially Wells Fargo, and things like this is why.

A little disappointed when I went in last week because I asked a lady about opening a checking and a savings and she just told me to go online and open the account and seem like she didn’t have an interest of helping me at all. I opened the account online and it said I still had to go inside of the branch.I brought this up to Nicholas D, And he seem like he went out of his way to help my wife and I solve our problem same day and we even had a flight to catch and he still was enthusiastic speedy and very informational. Thank you for helping us

"we are sorry, bankers are busy at this branch" that is all you will hear, this is not a business, but just a place to take your money. Even when you do get a hold of someone they are pretty short with you. I'm thinking they are good with the business they have and have no interest in new business.

Terribly slow... sat in line for 40 minutes just to deposit my paycheck. Never once thought to go get another person to help.If I could zero stars, then I would.
