Honestly I don’t remember contacting WM recruit over all I have no complaints other then yard waste and there was some confusion on the exact end date.

Always comes at the approximate same time and does a good and careful job of emptying our cans, although cans are often tipped over when emptied and left where they fall. Sometimes this is on the street but it can be a little annoying. Otherwise, you do a good job.

Our garbage pick up keeps getting missed and “rescheduled” for pick up. I have contacted WM multiple times and have been told that they would come pick it up, but it has now been two weeks with no pick up.
It happened again!! They just can’t figure it out! Missed trash again! Poor customer support! Not coming to pick up missed trash! Soooo terrible!
And…it didn’t get picked up yet AGAIN! No one contacted me about rescheduling. I called and was told someone was literally on their way…nobody came! Still no response from anyone at WM regarding the constant missed pick ups or rescheduling.

No super happy at the moment, have had billing issues and customer service issues. Have not received the credit I was promised either. Definitely room for improvement. Price has gone up some so I'm not happy.

Crooked thieves. Poor business practices is an under statement. Don't walk, Run! They will cost your business thousands. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for this scum. We learned the hard way. Just support local.

Last week our garbage never got picked up. I believe the truck came a day or two late at 3:45 in the morning and we didn’t have our garbage out, I was disappointed in WM for that.

I called because my garbage can is bigger than I need. I wanted to switch my pick up to every other week which apparently is not an option. So I was going to switch to a smaller can but I was told that would only save me about 2$ per month. They then offered me a small discount which I gladly accepted.

After-holiday pickup was just a little bit later than usual. The bin was knocked over after pickup--I don't know if that was a neighbor driving on the alley or after the bin was dropped after emptying.

Unfortunately it took 3 inquiries to get action on our issue. Missed pickups for three straight weeks. Pickup occurred after 3rd call and 4 weeks between pickups. Shouldn’t have had to pay for December.
