I have trained with Eric for a little over a year and while I went in initially with incredibly different goals in mind, the ones I’ve accomplished are immeasurable.I am consistently working out, have a better relationship with food, and Eric has been a wonderful support through these changes. He’s kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.I cannot recommend Eric/XMT-3 training enough. Thank you, Eric!

As someone who has ACTUALLY worked with Eric for over half a year, I really cannot say enough amazing things about him.About two months into quarantine, I noticed my clothes weren't fitting right, and I could see new fat on my body. I was so tired, body and soul - constantly ordering unhealthy takeout food, sleeping all day, and not exercising whatsoever. I knew I needed help to get back on track.The first time I walked into the training studio, I was greeted with a HUGE smile. Eric sat me down and asked me what was going on and why I was here. I was honest with him - I didn't like the changes I was seeing and I needed guidance. He never once made me feel self-conscious or judged - It honestly felt like he was already celebrating the progress I was going to make. He spoke in terms of WHEN, not IF. He instilled confidence in me from day one.Eric & I always have a blast training together. Even when we don't see each other in-studio, he is constantly complimenting my progress and upping the ante of my workouts. I really like the mixture of strength training and cardio he provides - I am getting stronger, toning up, and slimming down all at the same time. He set a very realistic calorie count and macros goal for me. I never go hungry, and I've really grown to enjoy following such a protein-rich diet because it keeps my energy up and I don't ever feel the need to overeat.I think about where I used to be - Binge-eating on the couch, never bothering to cook, forcing myself to do a cardio video once in a blue moon and barely able to get through it - and can't believe the progress I have made.After 6 months of training, I had lost nearly 40 lbs. I'm back to a healthy BMI and my newfound endurance is incredible. I can do push-ups and bench dips, which I had never been able to do successfully, and I can actually see muscle definition in my arms! Working with Eric has taught me what I need to do to keep living a healthy lifestyle. Plus, over a year later, I have kept the weight off!!You will not regret hiring Eric as your trainer. He will empower you, celebrate you, make you laugh, and most importantly, he will hold you accountable when it comes to reaching your goals. Wow. Should've listened to these reviews. Absolutely astonishing to see that somebody could have a business with the mentality they possess. Although it seems that there is a reason that they hardly gain attention within the area. Thumbs down from me. Learn to be a grown up before trying to be a personal trainer. Childish, petty, and arrogant.

I highly recommend Erik & XMT-3 Training. His knowledge of strength training, nutrition and his positive attitude is unsurpassed. He developed an individually tailored program which has led to weight loss but more importantly increased function. “If you’re not getting better you’re getting worse”, and I’m definitely getting better!

I highly recommend Eric Franklin from XMT-3 Training Studio for a personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for over a year and have lost 35 pounds and gained muscle strength. I had gone to gyms in the past, but had no plan or direction. Eric solves this problem and takes the time to teach you about not only exercising but nutrition needs as well. He helps you set goals, makes a plan to fit your personal needs and is available to answer questions. He has you check in with him, keeps you on track and helps motivate you. Was just at local Kwik trip yesterday morning when this man was boasting about owning a gym and knowing what it's like more than anyone have a hard life. He verbally and was physically assaulting one of the employees who was only trying to help the situation. Definitely seems like he has some pent up issues, he might need to see somebody about. But I would never go to this guy's gym with how he was acting yesterday. What a poor example and would never want to be trained by this clown.

I have spent a year training at XMT-3 with Eric and not only have I achieved the best shape of my life, but I have also grown as a person. Eric takes the time to meticulously look over all aspects of your health and build a plan that suites you best. He will help you stay on track and is not afraid to change things up to help you reach your goals. XMT is not a static, rinse and repeat exercise program. Eric is always available for questions and does his best to make your experience enjoyable. XMT-3 is a fantastic! Eric Franklin is friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really liked how he gave me tips and tricks to get the most out of my tailored workouts. I used Eric’s service for 90 days and dropped 30 plus pounds of body weight and am continuing to use the material he developed for me. I have not felt this good for years. Not to brag but I just turned 59 and weigh less now than when I graduated High School. When I’m asked about finding a trainer I always recommend XMT-3. Thank you Eric!

I’ve struggled for many years trying to find a trainer who would make time for me and adjust their workout plans to fit my needs. Eric is reliable, flexible with scheduling, and will accommodate to your needs. He has not only guided my workouts and nutrition; but has done so much more for me than just that. After 'fixing' my forehand, coach went on to greatly improve my backhand, which I had thought going in wasn't in need of improvement - all this in the course of one 1 hr lesson. Next time I play my friend, he'd better watch out, 'cause his secret weapon is now mine as well.

Eric has helped me so much in ways I didn’t even know. I thought I knew what I was eating and how much of but I was all wrong. Getting help from Eric was one of the best choices I could have made for my fitness journey and recommend him to anyone that is looking to feel and look healthier. He tailors his workouts and meal plans to you and can help you every step of the way as long as you can have enough courage and persistence to follow through with the plan.
