“We had new carpeting put in our house. They were easy to work with, prices were fair, and the guy who installed the carpet was nice and did a good job. My only complaint is that they did not clean up after the work was over. I called and was told this is customary because they don't want to track different color carpet from one job to another, but it's not great to get done with work and have to vacuum your brand new carpet for an hour.”

“We have been working with Bierman's for numerous years with various projects for our house. They have done all of our flooring needs. Always excellent......which is why I was very upset by the last installers that were hired to do my install. I should have kicked them out maybe before they even started.As a contractor myself, I know what the requirements were for laying this floor. They were not followed. Biermans had the floor removed, and replaced by an installer that had previously installed one of my floors, and this time, it was done right. The floor looks great now.The poor installers said that they installed a lot of flooring for Menards and Lowes. The floor looked OK when they got done with it - sorta. Maybe if I wasn't a contractor myself, I wouldn't have known the shortcuts they were taking to "get the job done", but, it wasn't done right.This is EXACTLY why you choose a quality company like Biermans.
