The employees at this store make one think that the next generation really is inept and basically useless. It’s depressing. Do not ask for help. Do not let anyone who works here touch anything you plan on using. Just know what you need, get it yourself, and get out. God forbid you have to return something. I have no advice other than set aside an extra hour of your time for them to figure out how to operate a receipt.

Whack that if you lost your receipt, they try to rip you off by making you take a discounted refund.... I was issued a new card by my bank so I can't look up my receipt either. Frustrating. Now I have a bunch of stuff I can't use and can't get all my money back. They would only give me in store credit anyway, so I don't know why they have to take money from me too.

Very clean and organized store. Also greeted and asked if needed help from employees. There are so many choices on different products to buy. Can't compare any of the other do it yourself stores to Menards they will have EVERYTHING and more than you need!!

i bought a menards vacuum cleaner the person who sold it to me said i needed to keep the receipt when it broke down and she said if i lost the receipt they would help me find it on the system but when i went to see a lady she didn't do a good job in customer service but kept asking me who told me that and what was that person's name when I bought it almost a year ago and I can't remember The seller's name is a waste if you buy things there and you have to buy additional warranties

Things are displayed on the floor at one price and then rings up for a different price, and their response is too bad. Totally ignored me I finally just left

I would have left no stars if possible! Spent over a $1200 on wood for a 12 ft X 36ft deck. Were told someone would come help load no one came, people who came after us that had lighter stuff to load seemed to get help. Still need railings and steps doubtful we will be back to Menards for them.
