“Always a pleasant environment. Great location to have packages redirected to, when necessary. They will drop ship anything, anywhere, via all the major carriers.”
“Above and beyond, creative service for a difficult package situation! Thank you UPS, I will now go here to mail my packages.?. I have been unhappy with USPS reliability with delivering packages to Tallahassee, often taking 2 weeks to get there! UPS got it there in the predicted 3 days!”
“I’m grateful for this USPS collection box. It’s my go-to on Saturday’s when I’ve forgotten to mail something. As of 12/3/22, the Saturday collection time is 3:15 PM.”
“Todd specifically at USPS goes completely above and beyond. We live in a new construction development and had an issue with a parcel box. Todd took time out of his day on the weekend to come by and check for our package and found it in a different parcel box near to ours. I highly commend Todd at USPS for great customer service.”
“Thank you for all the great work at this USPS. I really appreciate our local branch because they continue to support our community and provide excellent service to everyone. I’ve been using this location for years and have never had any problems. Keep up the great work!”
