I had a limited amount of time getting ready for a long haul to northern Minnesota. I just did my own headlight assemblies and no shop wanted to help out aligning lights. I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. This place was super friendly and really helped me out, they have certainly earned my future business. The very much so demonstrated they care about anyone that walks through the door. Thanks again, Adam!

First time involving in a car accident. I had no idea the process of repair and what to expect. Caliber team at Eagan made me feel welcomed and provided me the assurance I needed. The day of estimate, Mikey addressed my concern and gave me clear answer. Angela was understanding and very helpful. Jesse was polite and communicated repair progress every time. The work was completed and my car was ready a day before scheduled. They cleaned and polished the interior, that is a plus. I am satisfied with the service. I will recommend this auto body shop 100%.

Outstanding Service and Integrity at Caliber Collision
I recently purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander for $20,000 from a dealership in Lakeville. The vehicle was in great condition—no visible scratches, dents, or rust—when I inspected and test-drove it. However, after I signed the paperwork, the dealership brought it back to me following a detail, and that’s when I noticed fresh damage that had not been there before. There were multiple scratches, about two feet long that ran from the middle of the passenger-side door all the way back to the rear bumper, roughly 45 inches long. It was clear the scratches occurred after the sale, yet the dealership denied any responsibility.
Feeling frustrated, I brought my Highlander to Caliber Collision, where I’d had great service before. As soon as I explained what happened, their team was incredibly understanding and told me to bring the car in right away. One of the team members asked if I had a little time and said they’d see what they could do.
About 45 minutes later, he brought me back to look at the car—and I was blown away. The scratch wasn’t completely gone, but it looked 80% better! He explained that fully repairing it would require more extensive work and provided a detailed estimate.
Here’s the part that really impressed me: despite the time and effort they put into improving the damage that day, they didn’t charge me a dime.
It’s rare to find a business that leads with kindness, honesty, and pride in their work. Caliber Collision went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. You won’t find better service anywhere else.

I went to Caliper to have an estimate to remove about a 4 ft scratch on the side of the car. At first they tried to wipe it off but then drove it in the garage and the detail expert buffed the scratch out. I was amazed when they said no charge. If I ever need body work again I won't hesitate to go to Caliper
