The customer service at Caliber was excellent!! Everything was submitted through my insurance, but Caliber took care of all of that. The lady at the front desk was extremely attentive and very friendly. I had a rental set up through Enterprise and Caliber took care of that as well! I was continuously informed through texts with the progress of my vehicle and it was completed in less time than originally anticipated. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and my vehicle looks great!! Hopefully I will never have to get my vehicle repaired again, but if I do, I will most definitely be taking it back to Caliber!

I was either going to go with Bonfe or Caliber. And I am so glad I chose Caliber. Compared to Bonfe, the customer service was stellar. We were immediately taken care of by the lady at the front desk. The damage on our car was thoroughly inspected. The rental car also came pretty quickly, and we were on our way home in less than an hour after dropping off our car. Very friendly people here at Caliber, unlike Bonfe. The car was fixed in a week and a half. Overall, I am very happy with the service. Hopefully, I never have to get my car repaired again, but if I do, I'm definitely coming back.

Kindra and Heather were AMAZING! Such great customer service and communication. So rare to find today. They both made me feel like I am the most important Caliber Collision customer. Heather and Kindra should get 10+/10 stars!!! The workmanship of the repairs was also extraordinary. Hopefully I don't need body work done again, but if I do, I am going to this Caliber Collision!

I cannot recommend using the Eagan ‘Towne Center’ location or probably this company as a whole. I chose this company because they are affiliated with Abra Autobody, who has impressed me on a few different occasions and because of the high ratings on google. Don’t let the ratings fool you, I can only assume they paid for those. Firstly, they were extremely slow. I brought my vehicle in for minor repairs. It needed a new fender, a little bit of Bondo on the door about the size of a nickel, and a few other minor things such as a plastic wheel liner, a mud flap, and plastic bumper valance. It also required some basic mechanical work like a new rotor, control arm, wheel and alignment. All bolt-on parts. It took them just over 2 weeks to complete the body repair, which is not unreasonable but longer than the estimated. After the body work was complete, they sent my vehicle to another location for the mechanical work, there it sat for 15+ days before the mechanic touched it. In total it took the mechanic 18 days to complete a job that was rated at 5 hours of book time, which means it really only took 3 hours. The initial time frame for completion was estimated to be 2 weeks and they ended up having my vehicle for 43 days! The delays and issues really started when my vehicle was sent to another location (Bloomington) for the mechanical work. I don’t think the two locations communicate with each other because in total, over the course of almost 3 weeks, I spoke with 3 different representatives and each time received a status update that was different from the previous one. I understand that not every location has a mechanical department and sometimes work needs to be shifted, but they are evidently shifting work to a location that doesn’t have the capacity to handle it.Secondly- they didn’t do the best job of repairing the body damage. After I was informed the body work had been finished, I drove down to the shop to take a look. This is when I noticed the new fender didn’t line up exactly right. In all fairness, this was a pretty minor issue, however, considering the length of time they had it, it should have been done right. I mentioned my concern to the representative, and after looking it over I was told there’s nothing more they can do. If an average joe could tell there was a fitment issue, why couldn’t they? There was an area of chipped paint on the rocker that they neglected to repair when fixing/painting the door and fender. They also installed a fender flair incorrectly that protruded out in an obviously incorrect manner, and somehow, they broke the weather stripping around the window, which had nothing to do with the initial damage. They also installed mud flaps with push-pin ‘Christmas tree’ connectors instead of screws like it was supposed to have. It was very apparent they don’t have any quality control or management overseeing their work. I mentioned the above body work concerns on several occasions, and finally after the manager got involved the items were fixed. Had I not noticed these items, or brought them up so many times, I’m confident they would not have been noticed or fixed. And, they still weren’t able to adjust the fender to be fitted correctly, although it’s hard to tell just by looking at it.For the first couple of weeks the shop was good at providing updates, they would text me every few days letting me know how the project was progressing. As time went on, the updates became less frequent and less meaningful, my car essentially sat in the parking lot for several weeks not being worked on. I did raise concerns a few times about the quality of the body work and the extended length of time it was taking. Everyone I worked with was friendly and processional, in spite of my growing frustrations. The GM was also very helpful and willing to make adjustments until things were satisfactory, and I credit him for getting my vehicle across the finish line. At the end of the day, I’m satisfied with the way the vehicle turned out, but only because I insisted they fix all of the things that weren’t done right.
