Tuesday August 26 th Rachel and the black gentleman that checked us out were phenomenal. When we walked in Rachel was clearly busy but once I told her what I needed and why, she stopped and helped right away. The gentleman checked us out and make sure he kept protocol by checking each school even though it was about 50 shoes. They didn’t have to but they did. They helped us make an impact for our Back to school event. Thank you both.

Disappointing Quality Control at Nike Outlets
I’ve always been a big fan of Nike shoes, but after my recent experiences at two different Nike Outlet stores, I’m seriously reconsidering future purchases.
At the Nike Outlet in El Paso, I bought two pairs of shoes. One of them had multiple sticky, dirty spots, which I was able to clean off, but the back of one shoe had what looked like rubbed-off paint—something that couldn’t be fixed.
Then, about a week later, I went to the Nike Outlet in Eagan, MN, where my girlfriend and I both purchased a pair of shoes. To our disappointment, both pairs had stains and dirt on them straight out of the box.
Since these stores are on opposite ends of the country, this clearly isn’t just a local issue—it seems like a Nike-wide quality control problem. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on brand-new shoes only to find them in this condition.
Honestly, I expected better from Nike. If this is the kind of quality they’re putting out now, I’m not sure I’ll be buying their shoes in the future.

Stopped in one evening just before closing. Staff were helpful and did not rush me. Good selection of clothes in all sizes. Also a large selection of discounted shoes. The deals here are usually really good and the app can save you even more.
Parking is close.
It was a little crowded in the store and the line was long but moved quickly.

Quality, some times I have to throw away stuff that lasts too long! But, sure beasts stuff falling apart after a few weeks like Nike and Reebok!

Rachel, the manager, and her team are so incredibly warm and helpful. I appreciate the level of customer service they provide while maintaining a fun environment. Highly recommend visiting this store to see for yourself!

Went in here today to return some stuff I bought online and manager was SUPER helpful. They may also have a long line at times but you aren’t waiting so long :) Small shop with a good variety of shoes & wonderful manager on duty Sunday evening!

People were nice but the store is unorganized and they had full priced shoes put and marked as clearance yet not available for discounts so what the point

Waited for 3 months for new AE1 rollout signed up for “email” program and never got anything. Online went immediately to sold out I email / chat with customer support and BEST they can do is sign up for email program and check out similar products !!! Best they could do is NOTHING …. Boycott Adidas !!!
