Today once again proved to me that this is not only the best bank, but the employees are wonderful. I didn't catch the girls name who helped me (short, thin, long dark hair and glasses) but 10/10 service. She was so friendly and funny!

I went in to open a savings account, looking for a new banking option and it's literally 2 blocks from my home. My experience with the staff was friendly. I feel like they were mostly knowledgeable about their account offerings. I decided to give it a shot until they told me I had to donate $25 + pay a $10 fee to join. This for an initial deposit that would yield roughly $50 in interest after a year. So I left and went to Wings financial about 5 miles away. Nearly identical interest and less hoops to jump thru with no extra fees.. what a concept. Plus they are open normal hours vs closing at 4. I had heard great things about affinity ,but they definitely failed in my eyes. I tried supporting a neighborhood business and they essentially turned me away.

I walk in ask the person to do something I know there able to get told it's not possible so I refrase the question it gets done finally my reward points are got lost hundreds of dollars of gift cards are gone why!! I'm getting my money out.

Affinity is the best banking experience I've ever had. Their app is the best, and I've banked at a lot of banks and credit unions, having moved around a lot.

Tried to work on a business loan with affinity. I have been banking with them for ever and have gotten all my loans from them. Then I was introduced to Rory Johnson, he wasn’t helpful, never called me back, his only response back to me was in a email saying we’re not going to do your loan. No why, no other response nothing to work with me to make it happen. I personally think he was just lazy and didn’t want to do it. I would consider finding a different company for anything around banking with them. I just can’t believe there employees are not acting on how Affinity plus says your experience will be.

Horrible service they closed early just so they couldn't do my account they close at 5 and they decided to lock the doors at 4:40 just so they couldn't help me they knew I was returning and then when I returned within 15 minutes they had a new sign up that said they may close the lobby at 4 PM when I was there after 4 PM Em prior to me just leaving 50 minutes beforehand don't go to this one horrible people terrible service I would give 0 stars if I could I'm sorry that they exist

Employees at Affinity Plus are friendly, empathetic and have great customer service 98% of the time. I’ve had maybe 2 interactions where employees weren’t nice. The reason for the lower rating is I paid off an old account last year (credit card that was closed with a balance from my young and d*** days). I simply asked for proof it was paid in full and kept being told someone would contact me, but no one ever did and the ones who told me I’d hear from someone would stop responding. Then suddenly my credit report was updated with negative information. That experience left a sour taste. I was never rude, disrespectful or demanding. I’m not sure what prompted this experience since I was told I could become a member again. But that was the last interaction I had and left a sour taste.

I’ve been with affinity long enough to have my auto, mortgage, savings, checking, and credit all through this union, however this particular branch in Eagan has been less than accommodating and lacks to be able to do the basics of their job and upright rude. Maybe better luck and customer service at one of their other locations.

There are not enough words that I could say to express how thankful I am for Affinity! Especially this branch. I became a member because I had no where else to turn. They helped me find a solution to my problem efficiently with the added bonus of lowering my car’s interest rate! They are nothing short of a family and give that feel from the moment you walk in. Always, always so happy and nice. Switching to them was the best decision I could of ever made. Thank you for all you’ve done!
