Tyler and his colleague were great communicators, so quick and considerate and made the move feel simple even though we know moves are complex. We give them 5+ stars!

They stole SO MUCH of my stuff after I experienced a disaster. I wasn't allowed to pack my own things, COMMONBOND hired these people and they stole my speaker, crockpot, fan, WiFi box, nearly $1000 worth of stuff and I don't even know what else they stole. They turned my camera off before the started packing. Mind you everyone in my building is disabled & mentally ill. I believe what goes around comes around.

Upselling and rude. Can’t recommend Eric at all. We decided to go with another company because of his abrasiveness and attitude….. not to mention a price quote that was way more expensive than others.

I highly recommend Alexander’s/Atlas Moving for anyone planning a major move. After receiving quotes from 2 other companies, I found Alexander’s pricing to be not only transparent but also the most accurate, with no high-pressure sales tactics. This was my second time using Alexander’s — first for a move from Texas to Minnesota, and now for a return move to Texas — and both experiences were EXCEPTIONAL.
From the initial walk-through to the final delivery, the process was seamless. For the first move, the walk-through was conducted via video with my husband, and for the second move, we had an in-person assessment. In Minnesota, the account executive, Eric, was incredibly helpful, offering valuable cost-saving suggestions. I was able to pack some boxes myself, and they provided FREE boxes, wardrobe boxes, tape, and packing paper, which was a significant benefit! We also had a car transported during the first move, and it was impressive to watch the team carefully load it up.
The moving crew was trustworthy, professional, efficient, and hardworking. A special mention goes to Paul, our driver, who brought years of experience to the job and was particularly skilled at quickly assembling furniture. (He likes black coffee and is an awesome human being) Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, with regular updates from start to finish. All of our boxed items were labeled, wrapped, and packed with great care — true professionals.
What truly distinguishes Alexander’s is their commitment to quality. Out of three homes, NOTHING was damaged, lost, or broken — a clear reflection of their attention to detail and professionalism. While tipping is optional, I was more than happy to reward the team for their excellent service. For a stress-free and reliable moving experience, I highly recommend Alexander’s!

Our family had a lot of anxiety leading up to moving. We’ve never been professionally moved before, we have moved several times but did that ourselves. To say this experience was absolutely amazing is an understatement. The service we received from Trevor and Brian was the most incredible service we’ve ever experienced. They took such great care of us and our things. Every item was carefully packed as if it was their own. We sat back and relaxed and they took care of EVERYTHING! In the future if we ever move again I will be requesting them by name for ourselves and would highly recommend them to anyone planning on moving!

The team of brothers (Miguel, Sergio and Scott) were a great team. Watching them dive in and work fast and careful was impressive to watch. This team of professionals on a scale of 1 to 10 are a 12. We couldn’t have expected anything more of them. They go the extra mile to be careful. One thing I feel bad about is that it had taken more than a week to submit our rating. We were so settled in the first night we got busy jumping back into life.

The Alexander's team we worked with were great from the planning stage to the actual move. They made the transition a lot less stressful than it could have been and were able to work with us over a few hiccups we ran into outside of the moving process. The team itself was amazing! Worked quickly, efficiently and weren't afraid to ask about things they were unsure of. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience working with Trevor and Alexander’s Mobility Services, and we would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to move to a new home soon. They helped our family move from Kansas City to south-western Wisconsin and took wonderful care of our belongings. Everything was well packed, boxed, labeled, and the team did an amazing job of loading and unloading the truck in an efficient manner. In addition to their efficiency, they had the expertise to successfully navigate logistical issues with a difficult-to-move refrigerator.Above all else, we really appreciated how kind and personable every member of the team was. All of our questions were answered quickly, communication was great, and the whole crew was so polite. Over the course of the move we got to know the team, and really appreciated how they treated our things like their own. If you’re looking for a kind, respectful, and polite moving crew, we would recommend Alexander’s Mobility Services.
