New client with this company and so far it hasn’t been a pleasurable experience starting off. The intake coordinators don’t really communicate and don’t give much direction at all which makes it difficult for a parent that’s already struggling with a disabled child. They don’t seem to care much. Which is frustrating. I start a new job, I expect instructions on start dates and so forth. Hope they can do better in the future, at least start by picking up the phone because you can call from 9 to 5 weekly and nobody will ever be there to answer your phone call or vm which is unfair to customers and clients. I do not recommend. Thanks

I have been going through a transition from one fiscal support, to Alliance. And although things aren't yet squared away, I am impressed with the level of care and respect I've been met with here. Specifically Lisa A. and Teresa M. They have been absolutely PHENOMENAL and so thorough as I make this very stressful transition.

Called about getting a breast pump prescription filled and they said that I had to wait until after the baby was born to buy one from them. I explained that my DR gave me a prescription now so that I can deal with the logistics and getting acquainted with it before the baby comes. They explained again that their policy is to wait until after the baby is delivered. Is there some shortage of breast pumps that I am not aware of? Like there's only enough to give to women who have already delivered? I'm 32 weeks pregnant. This baby is going to happen. I have a prescription, dated with yesterday's date, that you are refusing to fill? I have prescription insurance coverage so the pump is free to me. You guys just don't like making money? Okay, so I ordered one that day online and got it 4 days later and it was pretty seamless with a lot less hassle from a website called better living now. I guess they like making money. I'll say it again - I bought the pump I wanted that day and put the order through my insurance just fine with another distributor.
