Having moved across the country several times, Allied is the best company I’ve ever worked with. For my move from
Minneapolis to Seattle, they came right on time for pick-up and delivery, and handled all of my items with care. They provided multiple check -ins via phone and email, and truly cared about the process with me! I would definitely use them again

First experience with Piepho was a relocation of my home from Eagan to Apple Valley. A few years later, Apple Valley to Rosemount. Used them to relocate my Daughter from Fargo to Minneapolis. Just completed a move from West St Paul to Kansas City. Every time they exceeded expectations. They deserve the high praise they have received over the years from so many individuals

The mover, Ron, was awesome. All our things arrived as scheduled, Ron moved everything from the Allied truck into our home by himself. He was courteous, professional, expedient and very good at his job. The company that transported our vehicle was not so. They changed the drop off of our vehicle 5-6 different times over a 6 day period. The truck did eventually arrive without any damages etc, and the guy who loaded our truck in MN and the guy who eventually delivered our trucK in CA were friendly, personable and helpful.

We had the best experience with Allied Van Lines in Eagan, MN! They were fair, on time, efficient—from pick up to drop off everything went smoothly! All our things arrived safely. Our driver, Austin, was wonderful. We’ve moved A LOT and this was the best! Highly recommend!

Allied Van Lines helped us move what was relatively a small load for them from St Paul to Seattle. The move went very smoothly especially as we were not exactly sure what was to be moved and what wasn't. There was a lot of personal items that Allied took care to wrap carefully and was flexible with our changes as we decided what we wanted moved. Communication with the representative from the moving company in St Paul(Piepo movers ) was excellent. Offloading of the items in Seattle was handled by Hanson Bros. workers, who were excellent. I would recommend everyone

Our overall experience was mixed. The sales person that worked with us on our quote and the person we communicated with after our commitment to go with Allied for our move were both good. Since we were moving across the country, we were concerned on everything fitting on the truck so we had the sales person come back to our home a week before loading to double check it would all fit since our box count went up. When the truck showed up at our new home, the driver told us there was a lot left back at their dock since he couldn’t fit it all on his truck. There was about 1/3 of our items left which didn’t arrive until a full week later after our delivery window. Also, the 2nd driver wouldn’t take our 4 TV’s out of the boxes and assemble the stands back on so I had to do that. We also had one lamp broken and some fitness flooring pads that were lost. We filed a claim for the week long delay and it was declined one day later. Don’t use Allied unless you are ok with not receiving all your items by the agreed dates you paid for and also don’t mind doing some of the work they were paid to handle for you. I went out and got 4 quotes and wish now that we didn’t go with the cheapest.
