Pretty sure this center would serve Rosemount area... Twice driver didn't deliver my packages when app showed I was the next stop and they were a mile away, also happened to be about 5:30pm both times. Actually seen the driver go by my driveway then take 52 North probably heading to this center.

At first I put a 1star review because the additional instructions was not followed thoroughly. However, the delivery driver took initiative and came back to pick up my package from where he dropped it off and personally redeliver my package to me at the correct location. And for that thank you very much. I have never had a delivery driver who did that and I am very thankful for that.

Easy to locate, plenty of parking. Very secure. Keeps everything nice and safe. Quite the break room, plenty of options.

It was suppose to be delivered last Friday then they attempted to deliver it this Friday which is a week late and driver muted himself when he called both times then I was waiting for them at the door but didn’t show up. Now it’s Saturday I don’t know any updates or no where to contact

They cannot seem to figure out that our dock closes at 2pm and continually tries to deliver items as late as 9:45pm. They also left an order of scalpels in a communitee area where anyone could have had access to them.

I am a long-time Prime customer and have complained several times (without success) about the delivery practices of uour drivers.
The drivers are too lazy to use the driveway and the path to the house. They trample across my lawn and through the flowerbed.
I hereby forbid ANY of your drivers from continuing to walk across the lawn or through the flowerbed. If this does not change, I will be forced to demand compensation.
(The stone in the picture is NOT a stepping stone, but a decoration!!)

I'm a Amazon prime member and bought a package two days ago and I was supposed to be delivered today being as it was only a two day delivery. Amazon, please for goodness sake, make sure you're delivering on time or early. I used to work in the mailing industry and know how tough it can be but there's no reason to make it difficult for people to get what they pay for in a timely manner.

Usually the Amazon drivers follow the directions and leave my packages at the front door or inside the porch per my instructions. But not this time. The Amazon driver threw my package over the fence instead of coming through the gate to the porch, leaving it within reach of the busy sidewalk. Naturally it got stolen. Tracking # TBA320917499516. Amazon please talk to the driver.

Amazon usually delivers earlier than expected unless it comes from this station. It is always delayed and late. It is very frustrating. If I see my package has landed in Eagan, I know it will be late. Why?

I have ordered several times since being at this new apartment complex. They have not only delivered each package in the wrong area EVERYTIME, even after leaving concise directions (no stairs, only street parking, which door, what it looks like), they're still leaving it in the least accessible place for me.
I am a disabled adult who has an incredibly hard time walking, let alone going upstairs. These issues with Amazon have bedridden me multiple times from having to hurt myself to get these packages. I'm at a loss of what to do.
