Not very helpful. my package said it was at this location and I asked and they said it was never there so someone is lying because they don't just update the location on the app saying it's there if it's not. hire better people and ones that don't steal

I'm not sure who to thank specifically, but this SAME DAY delivery is MUCH appreciated! My daughter ordered some things around noon, and we expected half the delivery to come tomorrow and the rest by Wednesday. Much to our delight (busy week of roadtrip planning and outdoor activities) it all came TODAY!? THANK YOU!!

My packages are late 99% of the time and don’t get there on time. I pay for prime so my packages can get there in two days down all the people I care about did not get their packages on their birthdays! They think I forgot about them! Not 5 days late

I had some shipping issues due to how they run these facilities, they really should have some sort of pick up option at the facility after a couple failed delivery attempts. However I’m so impressed with the customer service when I call to get answers and solutions, they deserve five starsI hope Amazon improves the system in place, these guys can run it smoothly if given the right tools

Poor hiring and employee experience. Hiring department, HR staff and management are not on the same page. Extremely difficult to contact and get support. I tried to resolve my issue many times through many emails, phone calls and attempting to try to speak to someone in person but instead was asked to leave because I was an employee that wasn't on-duty. HR still hasn't responded to me in over a month. I was misinformed into believing there were day shifts available but all the shifts available for the flex part-time position I had was overnight.
