Justice on 03/20 was incredible! We watched him handle over 4 different customers at once. He was patient, friendly and fast!!! The best customer service we have had here. Thanks again and give this guy a raise!!!

Go anywhere else but here! They messed up my account. I’m being overcharged and it’s still a huge mess. They even lied saying they gave me a phone I never received. It’s been months of trying to reverse charges I never approved. Manager of the store even admitted I never received the phone and yet AT&T has done nothing to fix it. No one has credited me back the five months of money that we lost for a line and a phone we never got even though they have a recording of the guy saying he never gave us the phone. It’s such a big mess and I’m tired of dealing with it. Take your business somewhere else!

I was confused about a prior account issue after being set up to transfer from another major cellphone company. My husband and I went to the AT&T store in hopes of getting some clarification on what our next steps needed to be. Justice immediately greeted us despite being with another customer. He then stayed with us until more than a full hour after the store had closed to make sure our questions were answered and that our situation was resolved. It was discovered that our previous account had been set up in error, and that we needed to start all over again with new account. Justice handed everything, from returning our old phones, to setting up a whole new account from scratch with all the details and even set us up with cheaper home internet and cable tv through AT&T. I can’t say enough about the phenomenal customer service we received with Justice and AT&T, you just don’t get service like this anymore, Unfortunately and justice deserves recognition and thanks!! We are so grateful for his amazing, old school style customer service!

Came in to get my son his first phone. We were acknowledged right as we walked in and informed there may be a slight wait. We waiting just a few minutes before being helped. They were fast, efficient, and best of all, made it a fun experience for my son!

Dj and Eli were amazing! Great customer service! Helped us with all of our needs, wife wanted to upgrade had a ton of questions about the pro max and pro plus! They had good insight and helped us make an educated decision appreciate their service!
