Overall I love BOA but this location is by far the worst I have ever been to in any state and I'm a 25 year customer for personal and business. ATM screen doesn't work, tellers always missing, nobody seems to give a damn about customer service there....

What a sad excuse for a “bank”. No drive through services here so I come into the lobby during business hours and there is no one here. Literally no security, no tellers. There is one banker in his office with a presumed client and assorted clients waiting for someone to show up to help them. I hear people talking in the back room and knock on the door since there are people waiting and literally no tellers at the teller counter. A guy comes out and says he is training a new employee and that the teller is on her lunch break and will be back at 3:40pm (this bank closes at 4pm). I said I just want to cash a check. He says he can’t cash it because he is not a teller. He then tells the trainee to just work on her computer work and then walks around aimlessly telling clients to take a seat until the (one and only teller) returns from her lunch. A bank with no tellers, no drive through service window. Why does this location exist?? My husband insists on banking with Bank of America but if you want a headache free banking experience, I would suggest going to associated bank or almost anywhere else.

This is a nice addition to Eagan. Very friendly staff and more than ready to help. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online for convenience

Beyond having horrible hours (what other business closes at 4pm?), the employees here aren’t customer-friendly and their bankers don’t fully understand their own company’s banking ecosystem. Wouldn’t recommend BOA to anyone.

I love this bank, the bank tellers are friendly and very helpful ? with a ATM inside as well as a drive through ATM located outside on the left side of the bank for fast access, love there online app that shows you all your banking info in one easy-to-use place too! The best bank I've used in 20+ years hands down! ??❤?????

Yesterday (06.13.2022), by 9 30 am, i visited the Eagan BoA , central park commons location. I was so surprised to hear the front desk personnel mentioning that "Our teller had an appointment, so he is coming late and we cannot take your money, use ATM to deposit or come after 10 am"Since i didnot carry my Debit card, i was unable to use the ATM to deposit.The suggestion given by front desk personnel is to go to apple valley or Burnsville,.Qn: Why do you have a bank in Eagan??Bank opens by 9 am and no one at the location has the responsibility to open the counter.Qn : what if the teller is absent that day?The response might be "Come Tomorrow because our teller is absent"I dont know about the culture of the bank, but this location needs improvement. I never had a good feeling of customer service with this location.

I was talked into switching to this bank and what a horrible mistake I’ve made. I rushed out of work to get to this bank with absurd hours, and although it said the are open 9-4, the doors were locked at 3:59pm. I drove around to the one ATM trying to make an urgent cash deposit, and the machine said it’s not accepting deposits right now. SERIOUSLY!!? I drove around again thinking I would use the night deposit and LOCKED. This place makes it impossible to bank with them. I will have to switch back to my credit union with multiple drive ups, normal hours until 6pm, and never rejects deposits.

This location has ridiculous hours and is a pain in the rear. I was talked into switching to this bank from my credit union and boy was it a mistake. I hurried from work since they close at 4pm and I went through the drive through where the deposit box was locked, they have only one drive up ATM, and it said "not accepting deposits right now" so I drove to the front, parked, walked up to doors at 3:59pm exactly, and they were already locked ensuring I couldn't make my urgent cash deposit. What a joke.
