I had a lovely experience here. Kylie the barista in the Starbucks was so helpful and was so kind to recommend treats and drinks to me, I’d come back just to see her!

Lots of books to choose from plus many more things you wouldn't think of. Was alittle disappointed they didn't have the books I was looking for in stock. You would think they would have an abundance of something that's pretty popular at the time.

This is a great Barnes and Noble. The one I used to go to closed down and they rebuilt it. That new modern look and different selections just doesn't feel like the bookstore vibe. This location feels perfect

I went in for an album. Staff is friendly and looked it up for me to make sure they had it in stock. Check-out was fast and easy.

They generally have what I need in stock. My tastes in books may align with the mainstream. I appreciate brick and mortar stores.

This B&N is quite spacious and still had the charm and warmth of the older, but well maintained, B&Ns. The service is friendly and fast, and the Cinnamon Dolce Latte was perfectly steamed and tasted delicious.

Big chain bookstore, good as any other place. Large selection. Most books require me to sit down to see them, any way to get some books up closer to eye level?

This is a great location. It's always very clean and well stocked. The employees are always really nice. I spend a lot of time in the cafe and it's always been great, I've never had a bad coffee there and you can use your B&N membership card there ☕

I called ahead to the Eagan MN store to make sure they had a copy of the Lonely Planet Travel book in stock for an upcomg trip before making the drive, the gentlemen that answered the phone found it in stock in the PC system but went the extra step to make sure the book was indeed on the shelf and kindly brought it up to the cash wrap at the front of the store for easy pick up...the $1.00 off coupon for a cold brew @ the cafe was so welcomed on this hot Minnesota summer say...Who knew premium B & M membership includes a free size upgrade @ the cafe...learned something new today...The barista @ the cafe was super helpful & pleasant -

I have been shopping at Barnes & Nobles since I was a kid in the early 90's & now store employees have changed a lot or keep changing where there are employees that are good however some employees need to work better w/ customers as there are many different customers where they are of different backgrounds & populations such as elderly, veterans, disabled & mental illness where there's a lot of judging & discrimination where they do not want to work w/ customers who are on low income & are on Disability waivers by holding a few books until they are able to have the books purchased by the waiver. By saying that they can hold the books only to then take them off hold where they say the manager have told them that they cannot hold books anymore where I have come in ready to purchase the books are not on hold anymore where I have talked to managers who work there where they have told me that the books were accidentally put away by a different employee where they have apologized saying that they could still hold the books. With this happening it does not help the customers who are vulnerable w/ disabilities & mental illnesses. With that happening I can no longer trust the employees at Barnes & Nobles until these problems are resolved where they have lost my business to shop there. As a customer & actual person I want to be treated w/ respect & dignity where my rights matter as an individual.
