Just visited for the 1st time and Alice and Whitney were amazing. Alice was really helpful in helping me find more than I needed lolol and Whitney got me on rewards program which I never do. Thanks for a good experience ladies!

It was awesome so many things to see but no person at the front greeting you but she helped you out by finding the things that you needed and the hand sanitizers are by the register.

I've never been to this location before. First off, if you are using GPS you have to park in the larger parking lot and walk into the middle of the center. It says outlet mall so all the shops front doors are outside not facing the street. When I walked inside I was greeted by a very nice and helpful young lady. I got there a little too late in the season so the Autumn stuff was gone. I got the other stuff I needed and left. I'd go back to this store.

The staff member greeting customers and the on duty manager were the only nice staff members. All of the other employees were quite pushy. The store itself is NOT AN OUTLET! By that I mean it doesn't have any outlet deals. It's just a regular bath and body works. It is also NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!!! If you are unsteady on your feet, a larger individual, have crutches, a cane, ect. then you are going to have a lot of trouble here, especially if it's busy. If you are in a wheelchair, you will not be able to navigate this space (That being said, the ADA requires that stores are accessable, so if you can't properly get around the store, it might be a good time to report it)

This is a nice smaller Bath & Body. The employees were very friendly & interactive. I live in Eagan right up the street from the outlet mall. It beats going to the mall of America!!
