There's a 1800 number on the machine. Sends you through hoops to get in touch with anyone about the broken machine. So how do I get my refund since the machine is out of order, d53 is the code that shows. The card machine sure works though.

The washer charged me $100 to do one load of laundry and making me jump through hoops to get my money back. Ridiculous. And when I called back they were rude, and supervisor still hasn't returned my call. I'll never use their machines again!!!!!

I had given them a 5 in a previous review simply for providing expected service. I ordered a part a few weeks ago. When the order seemed stuck I called them. Tney told me that the order had been cancelled. They never bothered to tell my about this much needed part. Had I not called, I would still ber waiting. No apology. Just a blatant indifference.

Washer wasn't working. I have disabilities and I mentioned that when I called in. They sent a technician right away the same day. I really appreciate BDS. THANKYOU

Excellent service ! Called me to let me know that a very inexpensive part was out of stock and would have to order which was fine with me seeing as the price with shipping was 70% less than I would have paid on another sight. Will definitely be my go-to place for parts from now on !

This business is trash. They've left our apartment complex without means to add money to a laundry card to wash our clothes for over a week. Combine that with the fact that they only let you put $15 minimum per time you load the card. How money thirsty are you?!

Can't register my card online, code expires it says. The re-fill terminal rarely ever working correctly.. very disappointing with this company and machines. It's expensive with pandemic. Their prices to high to wash and dry

I've been calling and assured someone is "going to call you back" for over two weeks now on a part that was supposed to be in over a month ago. They do not seem to care about returning my calls or the fact that the machine we purchased was to try and reduce headaches not increase them. As a property manager and building owner myself would not recommend.

BDS has machines in our apartment complex and they’re small and don’t work. I’ve reached out and asked customer service if they could send someone out, they said “yes” but, the machines are still broken. The card loader in the wall by the leasing office, works when it feels like it. I’ve asked our complex is consider switching to CSC, they’re App operated (no cash), the machines are nice and large AND service is actually performed when needed.

I have made several orders of laundry parts on the behalf of my dad and have loved the service and quality of the laundry parts.If a specific laundry part that I have already paid for is not in stock, I get an email from BDS within 24 hours notifying me of it and I don’t get charged for it. When the item is back in stock, I get an email (invoice and tracking information) from UPS and BDS informing me of it.If I have ever wanted to cancel an order, I have either called BDS directly or emailed them. Whenever I email them, I get a response within 24 hours (during the weekdays only) and my order is canceled right away. On the other hand, when I call them directly, I get a swift response (and pick up) and my order is canceled immediately.I fully trust BDS Laundry Parts, their items, and the service they provide.As for what other people are saying on here, I cannot give my response because I have not experienced or been in the same situation as they have been put into.

Very telling that the majority of the 5-star reviews are from apartment OWNERS and the majority of the 1-star reviews are from apartment DWELLERS. ?The card-refilling station provided in our building is built into the wall, which is apparently an old unit that NOBODY knows how to service. Not our apartment manager, not BDS customer service, nobody. Went back and forth for days trying to replace a card that stopped working immediately after putting $45 on it. Nobody could tell me how to solve this other than just paying $5 to get a new card out of the machine as though we'd "lost" the old card and "oops, guess you just forfeit the funds". I literally mailed them the faulty card and got a call saying there was nothing they could do and then they told ME to give my apartment manager the contact information for our building's liaison! Why am I, a resident, being asked to carry messages between literal contract workers and their contractor??Our apartment management kindly ended up using their company card to buy us a new working laundry card, but we had to dispute the original $45 charge on our credit card to get the funds back. Absolutely bonkers. I don't even want to think about what would happen if the machines broke down or everyone's cards suddenly stopped working. I think this company would implode.
