The store experience was wonderful. The problem was I ended up getting an unwanted email that was not able to be unsubscribed from then when I called Best Buy they wanted to talk to me incessantly about it I didn’t have time to talk. I just wanted to be unsubscribed.

No lines. Saw a tumbleweed in the TV area. Pretty sure there are ghosts in the dvd section. And the guy that got my online order asked for a blood sample. 7/10.

Geek squad is questionable/shifty. Took my phone to be looked at in regards to an unworking back camera. They took it in back and behind closed doors to "run tests". The phone came out with a new and large scratch in front after being dropped or something back there, which I obviously cannot prove.

Honestly super frustrated. Went to go get a phone repair. They didn't have the part, so the guy (I don't remember his name) told me to call today and see if they had the part. I called the number he gave me and was directed to a generic customer service line who then told me I had to make an appointment just to see if they had the part. So, I did.I go in for the appointment and I'm told that not only do they not have the part, but in order for them to place the order and get it, they need to hold my phone for 2-6 days. I was told that they would be getting the part in. It's not fair to the consumer to have to essentially hold their phone while they order the part. This phone is a small part of my work, so I need to have it.But the people are very friendly!

The blue shirts here were helpful and attentive. The geek squad agent was also helpful with setting up an iPhone. I personally do not enjoy going to Best Buy anymore because it just depresses me when I'm reminded of a time before internet shopping.

I ordered an Apple watch on black Friday which was with sport band but they rang it up as sport loop. Except this rest of my purchases went well! Anyway, I like their customer service.

Purchased a new gas clothes dryer on 11/25/23. At that time I also purchased professional installation. The cost was $200 plus some parts that I also paid for at the store. When contractor came on 11/29/23, he charged my spouse and additional $572 to install the dryer. I called Best Buy for an explanation and was given a run around and told that the store manager would call me back within 24 hours. The manager never called me! I feel that BB’s installation services are a scam!

I would like to commend Raymond for taking care of an issue on my computer so efficiently!! He is excellent in knowing how to “get the job done“ when even calling the main number, can’t help! Eagan Best Buy is where you will find him! Ask for him by name!! He is worth any time you need to wait to have work on your computer!!Elizabeth, one of the managers in the Geek Squad is also most efficient in taking care of your needs immediately! Together they make the Geek Squad in Eagan, a great place!And if you want help in finding a computer, see Gregg!! He, out of everyone there in that department, knows an extreme amount of all the brands to help give you guidance in which computer does what!!

recently had remote start installed to my car and the tech did a good job and explained how the system works.I also had a bad job done back in July at the Roseville Best Buy, and came to this location to see if they can help. They were able to fix it and do a way better job at setting up my stereo with carplay. This is why I considered them for the remote start installation.
