We have used this hotel for park and fly for many years and have always been pleased with service and amenities. Close to several dining options.

Honestly, I am not really sure how this is rated a 3 star hotel. The walls are paper thin. We woke up to a woman moaning at 4am. When I yelled "It's fake", the moaning stopped. The toilet in our room was broken. We let the front desk know and they did nothing to fix it. We had to keep filling the tank up with water in order for it to flush. I was so grateful that we only had one night here because we could not leave fast enough. After moaning myrtle, we checked out as fast as possible. We let the hotel know about the poor service, broken toilet, and moaning myrtle through a survey and the response we received was hopefully, we meet your expectations next time. There will not be a next time.

I learned after booking that shuttle service to/from the airport is no longer provided. Reviews on mentioning shuttle service are pre-pandemic. However, three years later, most hotels have adapted and offer transportation in groups. The pandemic is no longer a valid excuse to withhold this service. Resuming shuttle service may actually increase bookings for this hotel given its proximity to the airport. I will update my review soon.

So we've stayed here before and it was better 2 years ago than it was this weekend.1. BREAKFAST- Breakfast was minimal and the sausage wasn't even cooked throughly. (You cannot serve PORK that is not fully cooked.) Let's not even talk about the pancakes or the coffee. But breakfast is free right ? So I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll opt to pay the breakfast fee at another hotel.Side note: McDonald's and Dunkin' are also nearby within 1-2 minutes from hotel.2. PROPERTY- The property looks nice from the outside and is decent in the lobby and common areas. There was a blizzard but it's Minnesota right ? So it's expected and the people who actually live here know this. Well don't expect them to help you or clean their own parking lot. Literally gave everyone a shovel if one was available ..like oh well dig yourself out.3. HOTEL ROOM- The hotel itself is quiet, the rooms are "okay" in size and layout. The beds are a little rough and the sheets were disgusting on one bed. They do have a Keurig in the rooms now I don't recall that being there last time. So that was pleasant to have since the coffee in the breakfast area sucked.4. GUEST SERVICE AGENTS- Upon checking in on Friday the man was pleasant and listed the amenities and where we could park for quick access to room.During morning shift on Saturday so I'm assuming the 7-3 shift the young lady mainly complained about the weather and her job. Me being a hospitality employee I can tell you this is NOT a good look for your employee to have a I don't care attitude and to complain about her job.Had no interaction with evening shift on Saturday or night auditor on Friday or Saturday. So nothing to say about them. All in all next time I will stay elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for anyone staying longer than one night, you need not to be a breakfast eater and last but not least don't come when it's suppose to snow.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Building has no hot water. Even the bad hotels that I’ve stayed had hot water. I’m not sure how the employees can properly clean with only ice cold water.Front desk workers told me it’s an on-going problem that management refuses to fix. They asked me to write this review, I’m sure they are tired of hearing complaints, and I don’t blame them.

There was an odder in our first room and the wifi is weeak and breakfast is limited . they have laundry which is nice . this is still one of the better places in Eagan to stay. this was the first time i had any thing bad to say about the property . honestly its an okay place and 100 times better then the Como Park Best Western which if I was Best Western I would not have Como Park be allowed to use the name that place is disgusting unless you like mice and bugs
