We've been going to Car Care in Eagan for a few years now and have always had great experiences. Their prices are fair and I trust them to tell me what I actually need. Recently, Jason and Tony went above and beyond for me when I needed some urgent help with my car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Went the extra mile for us. Our tire blew and car started leaking oil early in the morning as we were on our way to Colorado leaving for a family vacation. They saved the day. Called around got us parts and got them rushed over to get back on the road . They were fast, and knowledgable. And they were also incredibly welcoming to our kids and our 2 dogs who were along for the ride. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Had an emergency stop due to a tire blow out on our family road trip, then found out the oil feed line to the turbo let loose. Tony and the crew did an amazing job taking care of us.

Changing my review from a few weeks ago. I originally brought my car in for an inspection and a month later the subframe broke because it rusted away. I made the issue known and that I felt it was an issue that should have been caught. car care contacted me and explained that it rusted from the inside out and would have been really hard to catch, however they were understanding and offered to replace the whole subframe and any other damaged parts for a fraction of the total cost. I appreciate them for taking the time and effort to make things right, even if the problem was hard to catch originally

I’m new to the area and was nervous about bringing my minivan to a shop since my grandpa has always done my repairs, but he’s gotten older in age and can’t really work the way he used to. I was unsure of what the actual issue was but these guys were able to figure out the problem in reasonable timing and kept their word with the turnaround time as well. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and patient. I will definitely be using them from now on for both of my vehicles.

I’m really confused on why a mechanic with limited number bays needs to hog 40-60 public parking spaces and enforce towing. I could understand reserving 15-20, but that ridiculous. I know so many people that will not come to this shop just for that.
