I only had to wait a few minutes to start my appointment when I arrived AND it was very busy. They got to me almost immediately where as in other salons I’ve waited over 15 minutes to start with few people ahead of me.

Annie is the best technician. I have been going to her for over 5 years even before she was at this salon. She is always consistent with my services, remembers my color and type of pedicure, and is always so pleasant and accommodating to my line of work (nursing). I have never seen her be unpleasant in any circumstance even when the salon is crazy busy. She works very hard and takes pride in her work. I will continue to see Annie for any of my upcoming services as she is as good as it gets! Kudos Annie!!

Most recent visit was w my family. We had an appointment for 3 people and they put us all on chairs, but 30 min later, nobody had touched my feet. Nobody seemed to notice until I said they could cancel my service. They then convinced me it would just be a couple more minutes. They're just starting on me and the rest of my party is done. My husband insisted on staying for the family bonding, but being waited on at such weird timing is not fun. I asked them to upgrade my polish to gel since i dont have all night to sit here drying. We're getting 3 pedicures and they wouldn't do anything to make us happy. What a waste of time and money. Won't be back.

Honestly just another mid nail salon, overpriced and the quality is not good. Thought I would try them out as someone recommended them. Gel pedi and mani only lasted about a week before the chips started. Gel mani polish was so lumpy and pedicure was also not the greatest. I was looking forward to a wet manicure but apparently they don’t do that there which defeats the whole purpose of the cuticles being trimmed. The dry method does NOT trim off all your excess dead skin.

If I were able to give zero stars I would. I came here to get a soak off and they over filed my nails along with my new nail growth. It’s been four months and my nails are still in horrible condition. I got an infection and my nails and fingers haven’t looked the same since. I don’t ever write reviews but this place got me.

Love being pampered by the staff at Central Nails. I’ve been their customer since moving to Eagan in 2015! Nowhere else compares to their services, customer service, and getting intimate with their work!

I came in with an inspo nail picture and I was under the assumption that the owner would have given me good service. I was mistaken. I have had other positive experiences here but Julie did not was not of them. She refused to look at the inspo pic. When I politely provide feedback she reminded me of the closing time and then proceeded to take a new customer.

I mostly have had great experience here with Lilly and Kim. But then I came with my daughter, granddaughter 8 yrs.old, and daughter in law to get pedicure and or medicures for a cruise. And the lady that did my granddaughter was ruined and not patient with her. My granddaughter was very good, she had to wait at least 20+ minutes before someone even started her nails and we had an appointment. Also my daughter felt like 3 of the workers were talking about her daughter.
I've been coming to Lilly for a long time, and brought more services tonight 4/23/2025.
So I'm not happy the way granddaughter was treated. She is a quiet well behaved little girl.
It makes me not want to go back anymore, because my daughter was very offended.

I came here for a fill and a pedicure after going elsewhere and being unsatisfied with my French fullest nails because of the shape. Kim did a WONDERFUL job on my nails. She reshaped them perfectly into almond and the nail design I’m very happy with. The attention to detail here is superb for acrylic nails. Im a happy happy girl and I highly recommend this establishment!

I have not found a better nail salon in the area! I absolutely love the service and always request Lily, she’s amazing! The salon itself is clean and beautiful, and technicians are quick and professional!
