You store were were closed (locked doors) at 840pm on Oct 13th. The posted hours were 9PM. There seems to be staff still in the store. I drove for an hour round trip to be here to shop for a memorial service. Please be more committed to your customers.

Today I stopped in to return a wallet I had purchased for my husband. It took the sales associate about 15 minutes to get it done. I'm used to getting such great service here, not sure what the issue was today but it was a bit of a disappointment, especially since the staff member didn't apologize or offer any explanation at all.

Amazing spot to stop if you want high quality dress shoes. A large selection and prices that are reasonable. The best thing here was the help. Super friendly and really knowledgeable. I learned what shoes I needed and what I can do to take care of them.

Went in to see shoes today. Looked good, but not what I was looking for at the time. When I walked out, an associate asked, "Can I help you find something?" I replied, "Not today, thanks". As I was only a few feet away walking out, he stated to another employee, "I don't work well with that demographic." The other stated, "Which one?" The first laughed, "White people". Sorry Cole Haan that you didn't have the style I was looking for today, but I'll never be back if he thinks I didn't need assistance because I'm white. Race has nothing to do with my shoes.
