Helen is so kind, communicative, and attentive. I’ve had two cuts with her now and loved both. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing, checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, and walks you through every product she uses along the way. Highly recommend!

This was my first lash lift + tint and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My esthetician did a wonderful job and made me feel completely at ease from the start. She’s a great conversationalist, very gentle, and I experienced no discomfort at all. She also gave me excellent recommendations for post-care, which showed how knowledgeable and experienced she is. I’m thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend her—10/10!

I have been coming here for over 17 years. The service is top shelf, the people are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Heather is the best!

Highly recommend Anna for the Signature Gel Pedicure. Amazing! High atten to detail, one of the best foot massages I've had. Friendly and welcoming. Toes are ready for the summer :)

Went in to Helen for the first time, she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to, I had photos to show when I came in of what I wanted to get, and she went through my options and gave me realistic ideas for the appointment and I was very pleased with how it turned out. I saw Nichole to finish off my lashes and brows to match and she did just as great. Definitely love the feel at the salon.

Updating-Sena no longer works here. I always prebooked my appointments, and when she left, Coles Salons did not treat me like a valued customer at all and gave me the run around about the appointment I had within 24 hours.
Old-My hair stylist Sena is fantastic ♡ she does such a great job with my haircuts, and it is always so nice seeing her! I've been getting my undercut shaved every 4 weeks and recently have been asking her to do patterns, and they have been so good!

I highly recommend this salon, and specifically Helen's hair services! This salon was SO professional, kind, and supportive throughout my hair care journey. They treated me with SUCH kindness and willingness to accommodate. Helen completely blew me away with her skill at color (specifically a foil-ayage) and cutting. It is so evident that hair is her passion, and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was happy with my hair. I have never felt so beautiful! I cannot thank Helen and this salon enough for what they do! Thank you!

I had the same hair stylist for ten years before coming to Cathy at Cole's Salon. My hair stylist left the business to pursue a new career (congratulations to her) but I was left in every girl's worst nightmare - having to find a new stylist! Having curly hair, it's not as easy as you might think. After much research, I decided to try Cole's and selected Cathy. I could not have made a better choice! I voiced my apprehension with a new stylist and showed some pictures of times when I had my hair cut how I liked it and the overall goal I was after based on some Pinterest photos. She listened to my concerns, was very understanding, and we hit it off. Plus, she absolutely nailed my hair cut! I'll definitely be back!
