On a Sunday morning, we were waiting to get in till 10 o’clock. A young man who I believe works in the automotive department, his name is Mike. Asked if everything was OK. We then asked him about the benefits of upgrading our regular membership and he explained everything so nicely. That we in fact did upgrade I wouldn’t have done it without a young man like him taking the time to explain it. We ran into him in the store during our shopping and he wished us a happy holiday and asked if we were finding everything Ok and also at the checkout.What an asset this young man is to your store in Eagan.

Costco is the innermost circle of hell filled with a bunch of dusty stuff that nobody needs. This Eagan location is conveniently located in the exact spot in the universe where people forget how to walk and drive. However, they do have some good butter Mrs. Shamu likes, and, it’s fun to think about the Michael Douglas/Evan Rachel Wood film King of California when you’re there. Pro tip: go and get a hotdog before you begin shopping. That way, you have a nice snack to distract yourself from the hellscape that surrounds you.

Management at this location are very good. I was driving from one Costco to other trying to compete 7,000 SF flooring job to find exact match and they were very helpful.

We just stopped for gas & it took a good 5 minutes to leave. We tried to turn onto Blue Gentian Road from the parking lot but the exit is very close to a busy intersection so you end up waiting a long time just to get out. The store is like any other but the parking lot exit situation leaves a lot to be desired

Plenty of parking. In and out without hassle. Tried the Irish Stew and it was good. The fancy mixed nuts are good also.

Lots of good discounts. Look for the yellow "price drop" signs on the price.
