I have given this store countless tries in the year I've lived near it, but I'm done.
I do t know who is responsible for tracking inventory and reordering, but they are atrocious at their job.
I've been in Russian grocery stores better stocked than this one
Not one, single time have I gone into this location where I was able to get all of the basic things on my list.
Half empty shelves, dirty, and in disarray.
The cherry on top are the cashiers standing at their stations on their cell phones..
That is, during the few times they have more than one cashier.

This is the third Cubs that I have visited since moving to Minnesota in 2019. There is also a Cub's liquor store here that I never entered though to review its performance. Not a bad operation in my opinion. Employees are decent, not as helpful as I would have liked at this location. With that said.
I had gone here as I was on a mission to buy Steak Ummm brand sandwich meat and my Cub Foods on Cliff Rd. didn't have them which was depressing to say the least. It seems Cub Foods doesn't stock its stores the same way. Whereas some stores carry products while others aren't I am not sure why that is here.
A little history here is that Steak Ummm brand sandwich meat has been around since the 70s. And is by far my favorite brand of steak meat. I have been eating this stuff since the 80s up til now. Just a little backstory here.
Anywho, I get my Steak Ummm finally. In the end Cub Foods on Cliff Rd. did get their supply of Steak Ummm after a conversation with the meat section manager there. But, it is sad one must go to different Cub locations to find products. An example here is Pineapple upside down cake which only the Cub Foods in Towne Center has and nowhere else. I even talked to the bakery manager and she couldn't explain the process. Interesting.

Cub sucks lately. High prices, dirty, disorganized and poorly stocked stores. A new twist they can’t even seem to keep their self checkout functioning. 10 minutes just to buy one beverage.

Got to store at 7. Stood waiting 5 min at the deli when 2 kids came up and asked for chicken. He waited on them first, then came over to me and asked if I wanted salad. He then proceeded to tell me he was closed. I said it’s only 7:00 -that’s nuts! He then said it takes time for him to close up and walked away! Very poor customer service and I won’t be back!

Was doing some grocery shopping around 6:30 and I was very disappointed on how one of the cashiers wasn't doing anything to help while just one cashier had more than 2 people in line and self checkout was full. He just kept walking back and forth trying to do anything but his job. I asked if he was a cashier and if he could come help on a line and his coworker told me he's supposed to be but for some reason he wasn’t helping. I don't understand how an establishment can keep someone like this employed, I looked at his name tag before I left his name was Vince I hope someone there will see this and talk to him about doing his job.

It's a little odd i have to search for cub before it registers anything but a 24 hour coinstar that isn't accessible until cub opens.

Great selection and service! We try to buy organic as much as possible. I was surprised at how many organic options they offer. The store is always clean and well stocked. And the staff is so nice. It's a few days after Valentine's Day and while we were checking out today, Linda from the Floral section came and gave my son a Valentine's balloon. To say she made his day would be an understatement. He is now Linda's #1 fan!

Left my entire load of stuff at the self check because it needed an authorization and as usual nobody was around to help. Hope you had a good time putting all that stuff back.

This was one of my favorite stores until today. One checkout working and 7 people in line. Quick checkouts full. 2 people at customer service counter and employees wandering around but not working checkouts. Finally go to the fast checkout and couldn't figure out how to us Rewards function. Wanted money back and was not able to get it because I used a Credit card instead of Debit card. Nowhere on the machine does it say that. Nor does it mention you must use the Phone function to get rewards points. Need to take a look at this or give instructions on the machines.
