Okay, I never leave reviews but I absolutely need to in this case. I am 28 years old and have been on certain prescriptions my entire life. I have ALWAYS used Walgreens to fill prescriptions until about 2 months ago, I switched to this cub location on town centre. When I tell you guys I am beyond blown away by the service quality here, that is an understatement. Walgreens made me jump through so many hoops to do simple tasks and the staff here at this cub location make everything so easy, they’re pleasant to talk to, seem like they enjoy their job, always happy to help, and offer overall exemplary customer service. I didn’t even know a pharmacy had the capacity to be this friendly/helpful…I always thought pharmacies were like going to the DMV lol but I was so wrong! I was just not at the right pharmacy!! Every single person who works in this pharmacy needs a raise. Amazing job. You have found yourself a new lifelong customer. I’m never going back to Walgreens.

This Cub is a good store with a large produce department and a good variety of packaged products. And it is generally clean. However, Do be careful to note the sale prices on the shelves because Cub stores in general seem to have a problem with implementing those same sale prices at checkout. Today I was overcharged for on-sale soup by $2.49. I received help from a nice cashier to correct the issue before I made my payment, so it worked out with no hassle. This has happened before, though, so just keep an eye on what the price on the shelf says and make sure it comes out that way during checkout.

BLUF: Go to Byerlys across the street if you really need an item. I've lived in Eagan 29 years and remember when this was a Rainbow. Cub bought them but for some reason they've never seemed to get their inventory system right. They're constantly out of stock on so many products all the time and there's no end to this situation....been going on for years. If you're a diehard Cub fan go to the one on Diffley, they're a little better with their inventory control process for some reason.

Scott is wonderful! One time they were closing and I said oh I needed to get my antibiotics filled, and he reopened and finished my request then closed! They are very caring!

love this pharmacy, have been going to it on and off for 8 years...some things to keep in mind, these pharmacists are incredibly OVERWORKED, for those who complained about bad service or having to wait , they have to constantly deal with dr offices, insurance companies on the phone, as well as patient telephone queries , in addition to actually dispensing medications and now vaccinations (which I was able to get a last min appt today for covid for the 1st shot, due to getting there at a lucky time for me but not Ellie, the pharmacist who had to do a million things at once ) for the continual stream of patients who are there for meds, covid vax and flu shots .Scott who's been there forever, is super chill and nice to me and Ellie goes out of her way for me and is super kind, knowing I have health issues, am reclusive and homebound a lot, in the 15 months I've had the pleasure of her constant kindness and help.Cub usually when I've been to other Cub pharmacies in the past only schedule 1 pharmacists a shft, unless a pharmacy has a long history of constant stream of customers, like other Cubs, I've been to in the past, but these pharmacists work tirelessly for those who are working by themselves for the duration of the whole entire day , as this location ONLY very rarely have I seen 2 pharmacists, there.So hopefully others if they read the bad reviews they will cut them some slack..To Ellie and Scott, thank you so much for your constant kindness, patience and consideration of me- alissa <3

Bought a lottery ticket at the machine today. Only got half a ticket. Went back later for a refund. Kid at customer service called the mid mid came and spent 10 minutes looking for the key to the machine. No mention of giving me a replacement ticket. Just searched for the key. Called someone. Searched some more. After 10 minutes of ineptitude I said give me my ticket back he said don’t talk to me that way. I said give it back . Idiot said I don’t have your ticket. I said the kid put it over there. The MOD then picked it up and three it down on the counter. As I left he sarcastically told me to have a wonderful day I told him to do the same and called him inept.

Very nice cub foods store! friendly employees and very helpful every department from deli to meat department and everyone is very nice! would come here again!
