Masooma went above and beyond to help me understand my new prescription and helped get the cost down. She did this by making sure it went through insurance and looking at GoodRx. This is really important to my family. The more affordable prescriptions are the more I'm able to actually buy and use them. I pass Walgreens to get to CVS and after this experience I'll definitely be staying with CVS for future prescriptions.

All of the pharmacy staff are hardworking, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always so busy, but they are still pleasant.

I was third in line at the drive-thru. The two cars in front of me took over ten minutes each. It's typically slow but this was ridiculous. C'mon!

I had to stop and pick something up during my break and I didn't realize I would have to wait for it. Nathan did everything he could to get me on my way even though they were super busy. He was such friendly person as well and is amazing at his job! Thank you!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. I tried calling them several times last night for a prescription I requested last week -- but nobody answered the phone for over an hour! Very disappointed. Not coming back. Ever. They don't care about your health!

Do not go to the CVS I'm going to stop shopping at CVS in general but this CVS in particular is horrible the so-called manager there is very rude and mean. I was shopping and I got some things there was no one at the cash register so open my drink and I started drinking and waiting waiting waiting and then finally this guy shows up and he said I was a thief for for opening my drink before I paid for it. How can someone in customer service seek to escalate a situation I ask to see the manager and he refused said he was the manager. I would expect this kind of behavior from drunken people in a bar not from a customer service representative at a store counter. How can this person be in customer service who is his boss how can this person work as the public face of any company. I'm shocked I've never seen anything like this in Minneapolis. Do not go to the CVS you will regret it

CVS card is a ripoff; I have a 20% off anything that does not expire until tomorrow and this was not honored at this location. Instead the $1 off coupon was honored. Crazy ripoff and can no longer trust this store. I will continue to make these complaints untill I recieve a 40% off coupon. There phone lines are dead to their customers on weekends when we that have real jobs do not work and can shop. UPDATE: No resonse from multiple polite inquiries to CXS. TYPICAL
