CVS at Target in Eagan has drastically gone down hill on customer service and the CVS app is constantly down and they NEVER EVER answer their phones. The pharmacy techs are super rude and do not give a damn about your issues with orders.

Great service and professional folks manning the counter. Note to anyone reading this review be forewarned that CVS will be pulled out of all Target stores in the next year or so.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My prescription was sent over on January 15th. No one has contacted me regarding the prescription as of February 5th. I called the pharmacy and was first told they couldn't refill as it was too soon. This was incorrect so I was placed on hold. Next I was told the prescription is on back order so I would have to fill it elsewhere. When I started I was fine waiting, I was told they do not accept my insurance. I asked why I was not contacted by the pharmacy since January 15th and was told "I don't know". Human beings medication and lives are in your hands but the best I get from someone with a medical degree when communicating about medication is "I don't know". I would get better customer service at a gas station. Do better CVS.

Such a great team of people. Such hard working employees who most definitely deserve a raise and some acknowledgement for their incredible service.

My last visit was today. The pharmacist's response was "good luck everywhere man it's the health care system." CVS is a publicly traded company and is making decisions to poorly staff this location and the reviews show it. There are other pharmacies that are much better, it was my mistake to give this one another shot.

Not the pharmacist's fault, but they are always understaffed. I consistently wait 20 minutes at the counter for someone to assist me- longer if there are people in front, which there usually is. Come on, CVS! Give your staff a break and schedule more people!

This store is severely understaffed. 10 people in line, 3 waiting for vaccines and there was one pharmacist and no tech. This is a recipe for disaster. One person giving shots, waiting on customers and filling perscriptions! There is going to be mistakes when you put someone in that stressful situation.

It’s a difficult place. There is a lack of staff, meaning one pharmacist and that’s it. I hope they are compensated well.

The staff here is always a rush to do something else beside help customers.. not a fan and might switch to Walgreens across the street or cub foods

9yrs going there. In the last year it has plummeted. Poor customer service. Poor knowledge. ALWAYS on hold for 15-20min. If I could give a zero star I would.

CVS Cliff Lake Road Eagan. I would never recommend. Staffing, knowledge, they can’t see you waiting next to register, you can’t use CVS coupons on your card for OTC pharmacy purchases - they tell me because it’s a Target store. I’m not impressed with CVS in general, but this location is a two star. I will change my location, if that doesn’t help, I will change entire pharmacy.

I've tried to speak with someone in the Pharmacy and they are unable to "connect" and the recording says "call back later". I'm sorry I went there in the first place. ☹️

I am shocked because the pharmacist or technician basically injected the Covid booster into my shoulder joint, nowhere near the part of the deltoid muscle where you are supposed to inject. My arm and shoulder hurt more than any shot I’ve had before. Additionally, he wore the same gloves between patients, just put hand sanitizer on the gloves. I don’t think I will ever get a shot at a pharmacy again because of this experience.

Wouldn’t give me my Covid shot because their system had my birth year wrong. Over 20 people in line for the pharmacy.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Nobody at this pharmacy cares at all. Sat on hold for an hour, hung up and called back and got through in 5 minutes. They said we will get your refill started asap, showed up 3 hours later and they had not even started filling it. Came back at 7 pm and stood in line for 50 minutes just to get my meds before they closed. One poor dude working the counter alone, the other one went on break with 15 people waiting in line. Definitely getting my meds sent elsewhere for my next refill.
