Ana has been my hairstylist for the past 5 years and she has done such an amazing job on my hair. Every time i get my hair colored by her I am never disappointed. Even though I have moved away from the Eagan area now I still make the drive to see her for all my hair needs. I highly recommend Divine if you are looking for great quality work!

I go here often for a men’s haircut. Love that I’m able to schedule in advance and no waiting around in the entry way for 45 minutes like other places. Fast haircuts that look great!

I have very curly hair and this is the only place I'll go to get anything done with my hair. Shannon knows exactly how to work with curls so there's never any worries when I sit in that chair.

I had the VERY best experience ever with Ashley! Check out my before and after. I’m feeling fly and ready to keep up with the Jones’s as a new teacher. She also waxed my whole face and it is nice and smooth. She was an excellent conversationalist, friendly, very personable, and clearly talented as a stylist. I have been seeing Ana for about 2 years. She does an amazing job with my curly hair. I brought my 9 year old daughter in for the first time and she said it was a great experience! Her hair is very delicate and had never been cut. It looks great after and the whole experience was lovely. Ana did an amazing job and I can’t recommend her enough!

I've been a customer here for years. I've seen various stylists and had been happy. In January 2024, I went in and was scheduled with Katherine as my prior stylist had left.
I showed a picture of what I wanted (it was a picture of my own hair in the past) and asked that my hair be cleaned up and refreshed to look similar. I left with highlights that blended into each other, were not close to my scalp (looked like I already had a month or so of re-growth) and was a shade of blonde that washed me out. It was not what I asked for. In addition, the haircut was drastically shorter than the picture and it ended up being an extreme inverted bob.
A week or so later, I went back to ask that the color be fixed (I knew the hair would have to grow on its own). The redo was awkward as I felt as if I was an inconvenience for coming back and the stylist made it known.
Fast forward to March, I found a new salon and they advised that not only was my color a mess (even after being presumably corrected) the haircut was uneven. I'm now on a color correction plan and it's estimated I won't get back to what I had for another 6 months or more.
Outside of my experience there, I am disappointed there is no managerial oversight for customers that come in for corrections: for newer stylists, I recommend looking at a customers history (I'm not a chronic complainer) and be at the salon and within ear shot to hear the conversations (or lack thereof) between customers and stylists when a correction does occur. There is certainly an opportunity to monitor chair side etiquette and to make sure your customers feel comfortable.
I won't be going back to Divine.
