drove to Eagan from the mall because i was told they had a specific shoe and size here . i came asked for the shoe and was told it was in their shipment that was severely backlogged and to come back in a week or so . i then asked if the shoe can be shipped they said yes ! I go to cash register and was told by one associate that she didn’t see the shoe at all , another one comes and confirms that sometimes the system isn’t accurate so i ask for a half size up then they find the original shoe and size i was asking for .

I have a mother that has a disability and has to learn how to walk in her shoes. We bought a $70 pair of shoes that she wore for less than 2 days and they refused to take him back. Absolutely unacceptable and very rude customer service! The shoes still look completely brand new.

Found a pair of Sketchers online that said were in stock at this store. Once we arrived we couldn't find them at first but the woman who helped us went out of her way to look and eventually found them. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

A cashier named Lisa would not take no for an answer while checking out and offering me to sign up for their rewards. She first asked for my phone # which I politely declined. Then she immediately started asking for my info to sign me up. I declined again and she wa arguing with me! She was asking about anyone who I know that shops at DSW and to get them signed up or to use their number. I said no multiple times. Seemed like she understood then just a few seconds later started asking me again! I’m not sure if they make commissions when they sign people up but she just would not take no for an answer. It’s uncomfortable to be pushed so much to sign up after repeatedly saying no. Not a great shopping experience I would say.
