Eagan MN Location: I made an appointment to have tires installed in advance, and when I was about to pull into their driveway (30 minute drive to get there), they called me to tell me they were NOT SURE if the tires I ordered were there and would call me back to let me know of the status. I waited 20 minutes to find out the tires were not there and they would have to order them again from Chicago and I have to wait 3 weeks before they arrived. I waited 3 weeks and still no call, text, or email to update me. I tried reaching out to them and no response.
Now I have had to make another appointment with Discount Tire and they will get me in tomorrow to help me out.
Pepboys has shown me very poor customer service and I will not be using them in the future and will share my experiences with others to stay away.

scheduled a tire change because they had a buy 2 get 2 free deal. after dropping off my car i got an email saying my appointment was cancelled after waiting on hold for 45 minutes i was told they didn’t have my tires and wouldn’t be able to order them. wasted over an hour driving back and forth and missed the other black friday sales because of it.

I definitely do not recommend this place. I made an appointment a few months back for 4 new tires. Drove an hour to my appointment with bad tires, for nobody to be there. When I called they said they would call me back and never did. I sent emails reaching out, never got even an apology. Thank goodness TGK tires nearby was able to take me someday and get me 4 new tires.

It was my first time here and had a great experience overall. I made an appointment the same day for 3pm and it only took about an hour, quick service and no upselling me anything unnecessary. Isaiah, who was working the front desk was very professional and provided a smooth service. I ended up leaving with no issues and no lights left on my dashboard which is pretty common for me when I leave most places. Highly recommend, especially you LADIES looking for a good place to service your car in the Eagan area.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 9am. Dropped the vehicle off before 9am, it was not put onto the rack until after 10am. In the process of moving the vehicle (6 speed manual) from its parking spot, the technician proceeds to pull the vehicle forward into the curb in stead of reversing from the parking space. Long story short after being told when I scheduled my appointment that Pep Boys would be able to align an all-wheel drive bmw, I was then informed that they could not align the car. 90minutes wasted and new front bumper scratch.
