We love the care our fur babies get from Eagan Pet Clinic. All the staff are excellent and the facility is top notch. The receptionists are very kind and work hard to get you scheduled in a timely manner. We’ve seen all the veterinarians from routine to urgent care and love them all.

Price gouging, but probably all are. Needed 2 pills for.my dog and they charge a $ 15 filling fee. They'd sent prescription to online compounding pharmacy and could only dispense 5 pills at appt, and they haven't arrived . Overpaid for those also. I understand making a profit, but it should be a courtesy to provide enough to get you thru. Also dog had a full physical elsewhere, when teeth were cleaned and they would not accept that, have to get expensive cytopoint shots so had no choice to get another physical. The vet totally ignored her rash at that appt, and said use special shampoo, it multiplied, so had to bring her in for another office call. They called me tho, as they didn't charge for the smear, nor my error and had to pay over phone..

We can't say enough great things about Eagan Pet Clinic and all the great folks that work there. Our two pups got into something extremely toxic and the entire team we were treated with the upmost respect and care and the priority was ensuring our pups would be healthy. I believe Dr. Schowalter helped us on the first day and for the subsequent days we had regular communication with Dr. Bowman. Both were phenomenal to work with. Dr. Bowman in particular made sure to advocate for us as we had to go to an animal hospital for some lab work.
Besides dire life/death situations, we love bringing our two pups here for their regular annual check-ups. The staff is very knowledgable and attentive.

I came to this clinic after moving to Eagan when my laborador had recently suffered a broken leg. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was directed to return every 4 days to have the dressings changed. After that, it would be a day or two before the splint began to fall off, and after a number of weeks and having new x-rays taken, one of their vets advised me that I would need to have her (my dog) leg amputated because the break had not healed sufficiently. I felt quite distraught at this point. The vet gave me information about tri-paws, a support/information group for pet owners of three legged animals. There was also some muffled mention that she would talk to a surgeon. Luckily my family intervened here and suggested I visit another clinic. Upon visiting the other clinic, the diagnosis was completely different. He said that we had three options, and amputation was not on the table. We chose to keep the leg in a splint for another 4 weeks and keep the dog crated to minimize her movement (We were previously told we should still walk her, but carefully). The new vet said that he would double check the dressing at 2 weeks, (instead of the previous 4 day intervals) and that the splint was falling off because the other clinic simply did not use tape to secure it (called a stirrup). My experience at Eagan Pet Clinic was less than desirable to say the least. It is likely that their treatment of my animal lead to the slow healing which was then the basis for a suggestion of an unnecessary amputation which also cost close to $800 in total visits. Also, I find it questionable that they do not allow people to attend to their animals during treatment. My dog made a full recovery following my switch to a different clinic and is happy and healthy.

Fantastic care from the front desk to the doctors and techs. They took care of us in a time of need when we sent one of our dogs home. They truly cared for our family and showed a genuine heart that's hard to find these days. We continue to take our other dog there and the professionalism of the staff is unbeaten. If you need to find vet care for your pets, we would recommend Eagan Pet Clinic without hesitation.

What a terrible place with uncaring staff. My dog jumped out of the window while driving so I rushed him to this clinic hoping someone could at least look at him. Up front I carried him in and told them I don't have any money but what had just happen. They said for $130 they can have someone look at him after a 20 or 30 minute wait. That being said I had to carry my dog out of there without him being seen. These are not people that care about animals. This particular Vet only cares about money. I beg you if you care about your pets, find another clinic.

They have some of the best prices and people around! They are busy but for all the right reason! If you can wait, then it’s worth the wait but if you cant, contact them and they are always willing to work around the schedule to help you get your animals the attention they need. Our dogs arent the easiest to deal with but Anna Wolff is the greatest! I have no doubt the rest of the team is just as great but she really goes above and beyond! They texted, called and emailed the second they had an opening to get us in a weekend before our scheduled appointment because our dog needed the proper allergy medicine as her symptoms were getting worse.

Best vet around and very reasonable prices! Dr. Bowman and all the vets and staff are amazing! They truly listen to your concerns and come up with a compassionate care plan. So thankful to have them taking care of my pets.
