Shopped there today and received great service from the staff, Beau, and the store manager. They greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and were giving great service to all the customers; something that is unusual today. I also got some great deals, but the staff was the best part.

Went to the outlet to go to Eddie Bauer they were closed up should’ve been open during the day lights on doors locked called and said she had to use the restroom !!! For over a half hour ! Wow

I always enjoy Eddie Bauer, the window signs always entice me to venture inside with promises of great sales - "50% off Everything!"Of course when I get inside and the original prices were so high that 50% is hardly an outlet bargain, I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. I still love the store, but I rarely purchase anything.

I came here yesterday to buy a winter coat and am really happy with my purchase. Lots of variety in the styles and sizes of clothes available. Service was top-notch: the salesperson I talked with (I believe his name was Adam—an Eddie Bauer veteran) was super attentive and helped me to make sure I was getting a superb coat for my needs at a great price.

Love the product and the deals! My only feedback would be that we shopped for about an hour and nobody approached us to help, and then the line for checkout got really long while one employee chatted with a customer who had already made their purchase. Otherwise great place for outdoor clothing!

Cheap product and poor customer service, within 1 year jacket is ripping apart, and customers service can not do anything.
