“I scheduled a repair and the tech called and canceled the appointment saying my phone was not repairable.I had to call asurion and argue with customer support because the tech marked my phone as needing replaced. Finally they rescheduled.The new tech assigned was a 100 out of 10! She was prompt, polite and very professional throughout. She stated that nothing about my phone was not repairable and took care of every issue with ease. She had everything needed and used great communication throughout the visit. I was very impressed. Joanna is in my opinion someone to model other employees after and definitely deserves recognition. Even how she said the tech was wrong for not even looking at the phone or communicating better to verify the concern was without insulting the other tech and she did not just make excuses. She apologized for that expierence and said let's get you taken care of.She made the expierence much better and took charge and fixed my phone I'm using now to write this review.Again, I could not be more grateful or impressed with Joanna and her level of professionalism!”
