  Absolutely horrible experience. They tried to blame me for damage done to the car previous to my renting it multiple times. Charged my card without consent. Provided me with inaccurate information. Gave me inaccurate receipts. Did nothing to compensate me for all of their mistakes. Go anywhere else, complete clown show. You're better off walking than renting a car here.

  Overall a good experience with this Enterprise location. Hours are generally 7:30 to 5:00 during the week, so plan your reservations accordingly.

  Enterprize is the worse place to get e rental thru you dont need a credit card to rent a car. I showed all propper documents and all you do is denie me over one thing. I hope you guys loose more buisness

  We had a great experience with our recent car rental. The process was smooth and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be given a larger vehicle than the one we originally booked. Although we were about half an hour late returning the car due to an unexpected issue with our Costco membership, the staff was understanding and didn’t charge us for the delay. That said, I wouldn’t recommend returning the car late as a general practice. Overall, I really appreciated the excellent service and the hassle-free transaction!

  Katrina went above and beyond to make the process smooth, explaining the rental agreement clearly and offering. She even checked in with me before I left to make sure everything was in order. The car itself was spotless and in excellent condition, which made my travels even more enjoyable.
  
  I genuinely felt valued as a customer thanks to Katrina’s top-notch service. It’s rare to find such a personal touch in a car rental experience, and I will definitely return to Enterprise if the need arises knowing I'll be in great hands with her.
