I called at 6:25pm. No answer. I showed up at 6:52pm to return shoes, lights were on but doors were locked. Very inconvenience when it says closes at 7pm

Wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks that were scuffed from being the display pair. The manager behind the desk applied shoe lotion to them after I politely asked her not to and stated I would buff them at home. The shoes changed color and I ended up not making the purchase.I went back because the pair of shoes that I did purchased still had the security tag on them, and told her that I’d have loved if she’d waited to polish the shoes, and before checked in with me as a customer. She said nothing and handed me back my purchase.Disappointing customer service for $150 shoes.
