My favorite place to print beautiful things! I was so grateful for the opportunity to be helped by Alexea! I had an important project I needed printed just right and was struggling to find a solution until Alexea jumped in and saved the day! Not only did she help me print the most beautiful project, she helped me edit and perfect it in only a few short minutes! She is AMAZING! I will be back!

Super friendly. I always appreciate the extra hello when I walk in the door. Staff is always willing to help me out whether I’m using self-serve or full-service when I need something printed. Clean. Great business in Eagan.

Just had an incredible experience at this location, I came in with a big box and not everything sorted out for shipment. The location manager Garret took care of me and was so nice and easy to talk to, I felt like my package was trusted with him and easy-in easy-out at an affordable price. Keep doing what you are doing! I'll be back!

I mailed a package shortly before close. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from Lexy, the store team member that had just helped me, asking if I’d dropped money in the store (I had but didn’t realize it until she called). She waited after they’d already closed for me to come back so she could return the money I’d dropped. Such incredible integrity and kindness!! Thank you, Lexy!!

Why have a store when you just redirect customers to FedEx Office website because it’s cheaper. I was looking for some help. Help I did not get.

They were pretty busy today and they still were still SUPER helpful (as always) and balanced all the customers in front of them with patience and grace. 10/10 customer service. Garrett was by himself for a while and did great!

Was in town visiting and had to mail stuff home out of state. And when I tell you Rayonna was a DREAM!! We went in two separate times that day to mail and she treated us like family. SUPER knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and knows how to coach us to get the best deal on shipping rates, she’s also just mad funny. I’m just mad she doesn’t work at the FedEx by my house because this woman is the best!!! FedEx knows what’s up and so does my girl Rayonna.

No one welcomed me. And I was calling the FedEx worker white short guy on Thursday night 1.4. 2024 to help me make some copies didn’t answer me. But he helped the white person who came after me. We all humans. I felt prejudiced and racially profiled.

Had the worst phone interaction with someone today. Usually in person is fine but even when I go in person I get talked down to and often “mansplained” to. Just unfortunate because as a business we go frequently.
