I bought a pair of shoe there and they gave me a 8.5 in men and 8.5 in women and wouldn’t even help because I had bought as a Christmas gift and I ask the staff is I can get a exchange and I’m willing to pay extra and all she said to me was no

Was helped making an exchange. Did not have my receipt for I had lost it. The manager was able to help me to get the correct size for me. Was very fast and did amazing. Customer service is very helpful and they all were very attentive with each customer.

Horrible customer service. The lady working there was on her phone the whole time. The man was helpful and getting everyone's shoes for them. But I wouldn't want to spend my money there again after that..
