Fire your staffs! Or close the store if you can’t find competent staff, stop wasting the customers time’s. Drove out for one specific shoe at this store. Why advertise as open when the manager and or staff leaves whenever they want. Showed up @7pm, online claims to open until 9pm, but lights were out and locked. We went next door to ask, the staffs at that store said those people that’s works at Finish line, does whatever they want and probably left for the day. Apparently this has been going on for quite some times for other stores to notice and especially with the review before mine indicating the same issue.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE: THEY CLOSE RANDOMLY AND “TAKE 30 MIN BREAKS” WITHOUT WARNING AND DONT COME BACK. I’ve literally been trying to return shoes for 2 days and nobody answers the phone and they have locked doors during business hours (now going on 1.5 hours). I’ve seen 20 people try to go inside and the store is losing valuable business. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Photos are from 5:30pm-6:45pm. Short staffed or not, I called and she told me she was going to be back in a half hour. Put a sign on the door or something and stop wasting customer time.

Rude employees! Went to this store the other day and asked One of the workers For some help finding a certain size of men’s shoes. said she couldn’t help me and said I needed to wait for the other employee. I waited there until he finally came out I asked for the smallest size in Men’s pair of shoes he said these wouldn’t fit me. Didn’t go look or help me out at all. Just said that these wouldn’t fit me. He just assumed I was shopping for myself and kept saying I needed to find a kids size. Overall and very unwelcoming experience from these employees figure it out guys…

Was helped making an exchange. Did not have my receipt for I had lost it. The manager was able to help me to get the correct size for me. Was very fast and did amazing. Customer service is very helpful and they all were very attentive with each customer.

Horrible customer service. The lady working there was on her phone the whole time. The man was helpful and getting everyone's shoes for them. But I wouldn't want to spend my money there again after that..

I had a terrible experience at Finish Line, eagen outlet mall when trying to return a paint. The staff was unprofessional and seemed completely disorganized. I had to wait a ridiculous 45 minutes just to process a simple return. On top of that, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing or how to handle basic customer service. It was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I would think twice before shopping here again if they don’t get their act together. Very disappointing!

Horrible customer service. Went to get school shoes for my daughter. Knew exactly what I wanted but the worker said they didn’t have my size without even asking what size I needed. They were not even for me… super rude. I just walked out. Went to the Nike store and bought what I wanted without people acting like they couldn’t be bothered

Came here at 10 am and it is now 10:52 am and they are still not open. At 10:06 they said they would open in 20 minutes. How does anyone run a business like this? I guess this happens all the time.

Very unorganized no manager on site. Bought 5 pairs of shoes two pairs came with same left shoe and one pair came wrong size. Will never go here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. 4 out of 5 workers on their phones debating what they want to eat while the store is packed. Asked for a size shoe and didn’t even pretend to look just said we don’t have it. Then asked another employee (the one not on the phone), and checked and they did have what I wanted. Every time I come in is always a rude and annoying atmosphere. Even though they had what we wanted, we decided to go elsewhere and got the same shoe for a little more expensive, but was actually treated decent how any client should.

Save your money don’t come here. Their employees have no class, they just hire any hoodlum off the street. They speak to you as if you are a burden and act as if they have no parent's. Who is the manager? Who governs over this location? It’s a shame i will tell family, friends ect to stay away from here.
