Got a great pair of shoes at a great price, but it was painful. There were either 3 or 4 people working in the small store with no proactive help to customers. One kid was standing at the register area with head buried in phone, one boy did help after I kept asking for help. I watched multiple customers trying to get attention with no luck. At one point no one was on the floor for quite a long time and a customer actually asked me for a pair of size 9 shoes as I was waiting (a long time)alone at the register with my card in hand. Was hard to believe service was really that bad and I do understand it's hard to find employees. Gave me a good opportunity to teach my teens how they should never behave when working. May want to add a note to your policies that phones are not allowed on the floor, but I guess that may also be why all the young people disappeared in the back for so long. Was very weird, very unproffessional and I would not have purchased there, but unfortunately the only shoes my daughter found that she liked were there.

Excellent customer service from Mo.I was wanted to let the manager know he was by himself servicing a store full of customers. He was very patient, professional,and provided excellent service. Please help this young man out.

Always closed. Hours are posted and I've driven 45 mins there on numerous occasions only to find out there's a sign on the door that says closed. And yes this is during operating hours.

The customer service was horrible and rude. The worst management and unprofessional service I ever received. The manager definitely needs to learn how to talk to their customers and support their employees with the right procedure.Bought a product and decided to turn back and return the product. The manager gave us a disgusted look when returning the item. During the process he told us that he needed an email to return the product. Even when I had the receipt and the product in hand. Never have I ever heard that we need an email to return the items. He quoted loud and clear “you are making it difficult just to return this”. Because we refused to use an email to return. He continue to make it difficult for the return. Item was paid in cash without any account made with Finishline. After a period of time the manager was able to make it work after complaining to us. He gave me a refund after being dramatic about not wanting to return my item. He also stated that just because we didn’t offer to give him a email, he had the right to not return it and could of made us go to a different finishline just to return the item. To me it sounded like a threat just because he didn't want to make a return.I was also able to call a different finishline to see if that was the policy. They said that return policy is just a receipt and unused product in hand within 30 days and that there is no email needed to make the return item.That manager needs to learn how to relearn how to talk and approach customers in a better tone. Because of him, finishline lost a customer due to unprofessionalism.

I was in there Yesterday when a disgruntled employee was being escorted out of the building. The store was full and I have to say, all the other employees maintained professionalism and handled the situation very well. They had to continue to assist customers all while this incident was going on and they deserve praise. I wanted to bring them coffee, but I was running late. Please acknowledge these employees while being short staffed, they deserve it!!!

I have never encounter such a unprofessional manager he claims he is. He shouldn’t be in retail. Bought a item labeled $9.99 and it ringed up $12.99, this wasn’t even exspensive, I ??? it and paid it but upon his horrible customer service I came back in 5mins and ask for a return. He don’t deserve my business, I’d rather buy somewhere else. Demanding a email for a return or no refund, threat to send me to another place if I wanted a return. Store #1087 Sales person 0307587 ….Yes you!! Store manager with no customer adequate training. The one who refuse to give his name or store number. Lucky I was in a good mood. Be aware customers!!!

My daughter and I were at this location on Tuesday June 1, 2021. We were not greeted upon entering the store. We walked around looking at shoes and were never acknowledged until we asked for a shoe to try on. There were 3 young adults in the store working. 2 make. One female. They never interacted with us voluntarily. Only when we initiated questions on different shoes and sizes. As a former employee of Finish Line, having been involved with 2 store openings and store management it was very disheartening to be treated like we were not valued customers. We had money to spend yesterday however, we chose someone else to do business with. You have lost a loyal customer. I will share this experience with others. Do better.
