I love Five Below stores. This store is in a great location with plenty of parking. It's smaller than other Five Below stores, but still has a great variety of items. Staff is hit or miss friendly/rude, but mostly friendly.

All Five Belows are addicting in nature and hard to not purchase things you don't actually need haha but this location is decent and clean with nice employees.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do NOT go to this location!!! The Store manager told me that she wasn’t allowed to give out her name, that’s why they don’t wear name tags and also she said there’s no number or any information to complain about anybody at five below. I waited for over 7 minutes to be checked out and when I asked for the store manager, the shift manager acted out of control. There was at least six employees working at the time and they couldn’t even control themselves. Acting crazy! My 15 year old daughter was with and asked me why they couldn’t control themselves! STAY FAR AWAY from this location!! The shift manager went outside and was smoking marijuana!!!! I will be sending the CEO a personal email!

Manager was rude to customers and her employees. Poor attitude and you could tell she did not want to be there. The way she talked to her employees was appalling and so unprofessional in front of customers. I was embarassed for them. Will not return to this location.

If I could I would give 0 stars! I did an online pick up order for one 5$ item! Took two days to fill my order and then when I went to pick it up the rude employee refused to let me pick it up because I didn't have a photo I'd even though I had multiple emails that said photo ID or pickup number! So I have 3 emails proving it's my order and she refuses to allow me to pick up a 5$ item! She said they have had lots of theft?! That doesn't even make sense! I'm not stealing ! I will.just be canceling the order at this point. Not worth it after such horrible customer service.

Service was above top-notch. The employees were so friendly and helpful. We went in to kill some time before a show. We had seen an ad for a pizza dog bed. While there, I saw a picture for shirt for my niece. It wasn't with the other shirts. An employee helped me find it. I used the restroom left my items in a neat pile on a shelf. While I was in there the employee picked up my items. I said something to my husband about it and she said she apologized and went and retrieved them from the shelf ( I could have snagged them again). Upon check out was asked if we found everything. I mentioned we had looked for the bed she went and found us one. Can not have Been more thrilled
