I have been working with LJ as a tuner for my car since about 10 years ago. I have a 2013 Scion FRS that is currently boosted and running the Full Blown Motorsports Premium turbo kit along with many other parts from FBM. I can honestly say that LJ has always given me great customer service and I have never been disappointed in any of his tunes or the quality of any FBM products that I have used from him. As another Midwest shop, we have worked with Full Blown to tune multiple vehicles and have always been happy with them. It's a shame that some people leave bad reviews for good companies and people like LJ and Full Blown Motorsports. If you read any of the bad reviews left on this page, it's obvious that the reviews are left by people who are disappointed in their own failures to build their cars correctly before bringing them to get tuned. We have used both our own in-house built engines as well as Full Blown Short Blocks and have had nothing but success. Please understand that tunes don't fix everything, and without a mechanically sound car to start with, a tune will not solve the lack of attention to detail and quality in your build. Thanks Again, LJ!

I was charged 750 for no tune, a broken sunroof switch, my hood left open for my drive home and the owner then LJ (THE OWNER) proceeded to block my number. I asked for a refund or some kind of compensation LJ proceeded to yell at me like a child and I didn't receive anything.

After posting a review the team did get in contact. I bought the turbo kit for my grom back in Feb. It came without the oil lines, the FBM team emailed me after it arrived saying that the previous method was stopped for starvation reasons and to tap the clutch cover. I then bought a kitaco cover and bigger oil pump so I had proper oil ports to use.The bike spiked to 2psi boost, then only made 0.5-1psi after that. I called and the FBM team said it should be making at least 6psi. After back and forth on reasons they told me I'd done something wrong I bought a new vz21 turbo, bolted it in and it's now boosting as it should. For a $250AU turbo I'm a bit let down given it'll cost a packet if I post the dud one back then pay for postage for a replacement to be sent...In hindsight I should've bought a turbo and made my own pipeork for the cost.

Fuel pump were garbage. Purchase fuel pump from them. Fuel pump couldn’t even pick up any more fuel when fuel was below half a little. Reach out to them for a return. They said they would test it. But they didn’t. Gave me a new one and it’s still doing the same problem. Swap over to a walbro fuel pump and never had any issue since then.

Awesome guys at fullblown. They’ll take good care of you no matter what. Also they’ve got a ton of cool cars to look at when you drop off your car.

Hands down the worst company to purchase from. I ordered a full rear end kit for my s2000. They sent me what I thought was everything. When it was time to go put it in. It was missing pieces and the axles were to long. I switched them around thinking maybe they were on the wrong sides. Nope still to long. I called them to get the correct ones sent out. I sent the long ones back and it took them almost a month and constant calling to get the new ones sent. Not only that but they took another 300$ from my bank acct. it took 2 weeks to get that back. So I got the new axles and they were way to short. This went on for a while. 4 sets to be exact. I finally got the correct set. Drove around the block and the Ds axle popped out. At this point it had been almost a year of dealing with this bs. So I got a refund. But they decided to mess with me one more time and make me wait a month and a half to get it back. Don’t bother calling them more than once in a day because they will ignore the phone call. I was making calls with 3 different numbers to get them to answer. It was a constant run around. And over all a shity setup. I found out there was a guy in Australia who had the exact issue I did and went through the same bs. The axles and drive shaft are made by dss everything else is garbage. Especially The billeted mounts. They looked cheap and I expected them to fail. And I’m sure if I ever would have had got the setup to work. Then it would have failed within a few weeks.Thank god this year long nightmare is over. I had to wait this long to write this because I was worried that they would hold my refund hostage.Side note got a way better setup in the car now from Xperformance. Ten thousand times better. Went right in zero problems. Axles lengths are dam near even. And not off by an 1 1/2” like this garbage setup full blown sells.

Contacted them for months, got no answer. They held my money and my order for 3 months before finally telling me that they forgot to refund my order and that the part won’t be in stock for a few months. Terrible customer service. I have had my S2000 for 6 years now and this is by far the worst company in the Cummings. Stay away.

I turbo'ed my S2000 by myself in my garage using their kit with the help of Justin and his crew. They were very knowledgeable and were even answering questions on weekends! Wouldn't hesitate to go back again for more products. Amazing customer service and products. Thanks Justin!/FBM!

Cant even describe how happy I am with this company. Huuuge thanks for helping me out with the turbo kit for my BRZ. Great customer service, Justin answered to all questions I had and helped me with the kit getting it shipped to Poland! If anyone is still unsure if you should trust FBM Im telling you, I doubt you will ever find better place than FBM.
