Robert Madolimov at the Eagan, MN location helped me with a problem I’ve been having with Xfinity Mobile for over two years. Thanks to his efforts, I had five months worth of fraudulent withdrawals returned to my account. I am beyond grateful to Rob and to Genisys.

The absolute worst credit union to make payments on loans or anything in general. The site is down constantly. I wish i never took out an auto loan with this horrendous service.

I've worked with Dee on several complex loans and consistently found her to be an exceptional loan officer. She's incredibly attentive, personable, and truly treats her clients like family. Dee understands the urgency of these situations and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her – she's wonderful to work with, and her rates are among the best in the business.

Genisys CU is a great Credit Union. Employees are friendly, know their products and are efficient folks!It’s nice to walk in a branch and be greeted with a genuine welcome! When you call everyone is very helpful. I personally like doing my business with this CU. You would never believe that the headquarters are in Michigan!

I like that Genisys is a smaller branch. There isn’t a huge turnover with employees. They are all so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They do watch for odd activity on your account and if there is will notify you immediately by flagging your card and account.

I have had seriously the best experience working with Genisys Credit Union in Eagan, specifically with Jynah Lash! Every time I go in or call, the staff has always been helpful. There have been quite a few times where I needed help on something, got stuck in a bind, and needed to understand possible options. I am so grateful I was able to first speak with Jynah in that specific time who was so patient and stayed on the phone with me for a long time answering all of my questions and concerns on other matters/situations that were going on in life. Before talking with Jynah I was feeling a little blinded on what options were available. Jynah went way beyond what I have experienced with any bank or credit union by following up, helping me understand, educating me on options, and describing long-term plans that I would be working with that would fit my goals overall. She was so good that I followed-up with her on another more recent matter and again she literally saved the day (more than a day)! I cannot give this credit union, and especially Jynah, more stars. This last time, I was waiting to know results on an application and was she was excited and genuinely happy to give me good news (which is rare these days)! I use her now as my main resource when I have questions because she is beyond knowledgeable, capable, patient and helpful. Even one person can change a place for the better or for the worse, she has become the face of Genisys for me and it was already a good credit union, but now it is a major resource because of how helpful she is on so many levels!

Genisys Credit Union in Eagan is the best place for all my personal banking needs. Their online process is so easy to use, I submitted a request for a Holiday Loan, and I was approved and received my funds in less than 24 hours. Banking couldn't get any easier than this. I totally recommend Genisys for all your financial needs.
