clean and friendly but the prices need to be put in check. a used t shirt should not be be $7 but rather $4 AT MOST - the difference is MASSIVE. I have noticed so much product that never moves because of how much they’re making stuff cost, and even talking with more customers they all share the same sentiment that everything is now way too overpriced for USED 2ND HAND CLOTHING. get it together, please.

My wife loves thrift stores as it occupies her time in retirement. My wallet on the other hand is a little lite, tho. Lol. With that said.
From the few times I been here with my wife in tow. Found the store decent in their selections, but their prices are a bit high for a "thrift store". I am assuming here inflation is part of the reason for the higher prices on used goods. In my opinion is I can buy new at a lesser price then here.
Employees were okay and nice at times. Parking is pretty decent as well.

ok so the prices?? insane.
i was finding things with the original tag still on with $2 taken off it.
like a $9 item for $7 USED. this is a THRIFT STORE. you guys get these items used and for FREE. it shouldnt be 10% off what??
well and i bought $80 worth of stuff and the strange cashier had no bags or boxes to put stuff in and made me sit there with a 20 person line behind me and wait 15 minutes to get any thing to put my stuff in. offered to put some of my stuff in a potato bag??

Terrible drop off service. I pull up, as the sign says to the door. Proceed to wait, wait and wait. Cars are lining up behind me. Been waiting quite awhile. So... I honk. Few more minutes go by. Guy opens the door. I pull in, he yells at me for honking. Tells me to shut off my car, get out and do everything as he stands there just watching. AV, you pull up, they grab your bin and your off to the races. No fuss, no muss. Grr.

They won't let you try on clothes and if you return them they won't give your money back boycott Goodwill

The drop off took 20+ minutes with just 4 cars in front of us... I don't understand what takes so long.

Just the absolute worst charitable drop off anywhere. Ridiculously inefficient, every single time. Opening and closing the garage door and treating donators badly. Each car takes 5 minutes whether they are dropping off a single pair of shoes or the remains of a garage sale.

Large store, with good selection of books. Electronic section is small-ish. Most the real estate in the store is for clothing, including some new items, and new “seasonal” items- like Halloween costumes.
Shoe selection was good with most items on good shape. Lots of boots. A few bicycles and vinyl record albums. Quite a lot of “Bric-a-brac.”
Prices seemed on the high side. Why buy a new kitchen towel set at $6.99 when I can buy that at a big box store?

Had a really horrible customer service experience here. The girl with the faded yellow hair and dark roots was asked to help me and my disabled dad get the price on a bike that he saw outside, and she was rolling her eyes and dragging her feet the whole way out, and to make matters worse, when we made it outside it had turned out to be someone’s personal bike and they had left with it while we were inside waiting for help. She didn’t say a word. She just looked at him with this judgmental look on her face and then walked back inside. Literally not a word.

Worst donation drop off location in the southern Twin Cities. ALWAYS a long wait even if only 1 car ahead. Also, extremely poor customer service for people dropping off donations. Got reprimanded for not pulling up next to door far enough, (when garage door was partially open & he could easily see me). Also reprimanded for not turning car off to drop off 1 small bag which took 5 seconds. Will drive to Arc Village locations in Mpls going forward as they are efficient & truly appreciate donations (we the added benefit that they are a non-profit).
