So kind and Welcoming! Every time I come here I am greeted kind-fully by whomever is working. Always feel like I’m talking with my best-friend. Very personal relationship bond is created no matter who you are. Very good shakes. My fav is orange creamsicle! My bf and I love coming here after a workout- worth the 15 minute drive !!!

First time in. Nice large seating area. Extensive menu and able to accommodate to your liking. Very knowledgeable about the menu and what’s in everything. The drinks are good… not too sweet, you can taste the protein (a little chalky) in the smoothie but still decent flavor. There’s an emphasis on health/wellness so if you’re looking for a sweet fruity smoothie (like jamba juice/smoothie king) this place isn’t for you. Lastly, we didn’t get to meet the dog.

F@#$ing Dog balls rad bananas awesome. This place rules. Amazing protein shakes! This place was worth the trip from Powderhorn park. The only protein shake place that's open till 7. SEVEN!!!!!!!!! Was exactly what I needed after a bad day at work. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Staff was great and helpful (And hot too, can we still say that?). If you are smart, THIS is the place to go. In the same strip mall as a gym. Business combo for the win.

NCN offers amazing delicious and nutritional shakes. I am amazed at how big their selection is. They even offer teas and coffees too. Liz and Ashley are awesome to talk with and make the best suggestions when picking a shake.

The staff are very friendly and love to have a conversation. Not to mention the shakes and teas are the best I have had. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. And they have the cutest dog that greets you at the door! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Fantastic place for nutritious shakes and teas. Extremely knowledgeable staff that will help you with your health goals. Very clean and upbeat atmosphere that is welcoming to all. I stop in 2-3 times per week for a treat or meal replacement that compliments my diet. Can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Try it out and see for yourself!!!
