They sold me an expired coconut drink. I have food poisoning. I've kept the bottle and I'm reporting them to the Health Department. Based off of reviews they have a history of this. You ought to be out of business.

The man in the meat department (short and chubby) provides horrible customer service! He is never nice. Not sure how long this man has been working there, maybe 2 or 3 years? But he always has this demeanor that I rather have someone else help me.? JosƩ (I believe he is Salvadorian) on the hand, is a very nice gentleman who provides excellent customer service every time I go there. ?By the way, the prior meat butcher that worked there, was an awesome, always happy, guy. Miss seeing him there. ?

The fat girl is always talking to her friends even though she sees that you need assistance and when she helps you she is always very rude and doesn't even know how to speak Spanish, several kisses she hasn't given me my receipt until I ask her for my receipt she makes a face and He gives me the receipt before this store had employees who were friendly and greeted you, the store was decent but now the children of the previous employees are not friendly and the store is disgusting and there are many boxes that no one is arranging

I've been coming here since I was a little girl. The previous workers were very friendly, always saying hello and giving good service. Now the relatives of the previous employees work and the place is a mess. Nothing is clean, there are always boxes everywhere and all the employees there are very rude. They always act deaf, they get very upset and use a very rude tone and they ALWAYS get paid poorly. Young people today no longer know how to work. This place is going to close if it continues the way things are going. Plus the corners there don't know how to speak Spanish. How are they going to have people who DO NOT speak Spanish in a HISPANIC place. It's very illogical

Iām surprise this place is still in business with all the terrible customer service and such. I came here tonight around 6:45/7:00pm. A bigger girl with short black hair was at the register. I asked for tamales. I came in here last night asking for tamales and the girl working last night ( who was very nice - tiny with long black hair and glasses ) told me that they had tamales but wonāt be making them until tomorrow ( today ). So I went in today to grab the tamales and the bigger girl at the register said āhere? We donāt sell tamales hereā and I said āyes you doā¦ I get it here all the timeā¦ and I just came here yesterday and they told me to come back tomorrow which is today to grab themā and than she proceeds to say āoh well Iām the only one whoād make the tamales and we only make it on the weekendsā okā¦ so which is it? You donāt sell tamales or you do? Hire better people please!! And Iāve also ALWAYS ordered the tamales on the weekday ( Iāve probably ordered over 50 times by now ) so this bigger girl had no idea what she was doing or talking about. Again, please hire better people. A lot of small business do go down for terrible customer service and such - after all, we are the ones who keep yāall in business with our money - so I suggest hiring better workers and making sure the experience is better.
